At the meeting, Major General Hoang Van Sy, Commander of the 15th Corps, reported on the overall results of the unit's mission implementation. Accordingly, the 15th Corps has thoroughly grasped the tasks assigned by the Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense regarding economic - cultural - social development, always closely linked with ensuring national defense and security, proactively organizing implementation, and comprehensively completing targets and tasks. The unit is stable and safe, with officers, soldiers, workers, defense officials, and laborers united, confident, and attached to the unit and the area.

Corps 15 also actively mobilized and recruited nearly 2,100 additional workers according to mission requirements, most of whom were ethnic minorities. In addition, the unit has done a good job in mass mobilization, social security, healthcare, education, and new rural construction, actively participating in hunger eradication and poverty reduction... Up to now, the entire border line where Corps 15 is stationed has been closed and connected by units and residential clusters of the construction corps; workers have a fairly stable life, always trust in the Party, State, and Army, unite to build villages, protect borders and territories.

Praising the achievements of the 15th Corps, Senior Lieutenant General Vu Hai San congratulated the unit for its solidarity and unity, completing all tasks, contributing to maintaining political stability in the strategic area of ​​the Central Highlands. At the same time, he requested the unit to continue to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the Resolutions, directives and orders of the Party, the State, the Central Military Commission, and the Ministry of National Defense on military and defense tasks, combined with socio-economic development; grasp the local situation, improve the quality of training, combat readiness, closely coordinate with localities and forces to promptly handle incidents, ensure the locality is always stable in terms of political security, social order and safety; do a good job of training cadres, organize full-scale military exercises. Carry out the work of Party building well, promote collective intelligence, and the role of the leader in all tasks.

Corps 15 focuses on solutions to improve labor productivity, reduce product costs, and is determined to organize production and business in 2023 to achieve and exceed the planned targets. Along with that, practice thrift, enhance responsibility in controlling production costs, reduce management costs; strictly implement the organization and staffing schedule of agencies and units according to the policy of restructuring the unit; overcome and handle financial and investment backlogs.
