(Bqp.vn) - On the morning of March 22, at the National Military Training Center 4 (Hanoi), the Parade and Marching Subcommittee organized a joint training session for armed forces participating in the parade and marching in the 70th anniversary of the Dien Bien Phu Victory (May 7, 1954 - May 7, 2024). Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong, member of the Party Central Committee, member of the Central Military Commission, Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, Deputy Minister of National Defense chaired the joint training session.

Attending the joint training session were Senior Lieutenant General Trinh Van Quyet, member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army; Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Van Nghia, Deputy Chief of the General Staff of the Vietnam People's Army, Head of the Parade and Marching Subcommittee; leaders and commanders of a number of agencies and units under the Ministry of National Defense, the General Staff and the General Department of Politics of the Vietnam People's Army.

Through monitoring and inspecting the joint training, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong acknowledged and commended the forces for their efforts to overcome difficulties, promote a sense of responsibility, and initially complete the assigned tasks well. To complete the set goals and requirements, Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong requested the Organizing Committee and training officers to properly implement the regulations, strictly maintain the regular construction regimes, strictly implement the internal rules and regulations of the Parade and Parade Subcommittee and of the unit; conduct training and joint training according to the determined program, ensuring absolute safety for people, weapons and equipment.

Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong also requested that individuals participating in the parade and marching need to thoroughly understand the position and meaning of the parade and marching in the 70th Anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory. This is both an honor, pride and responsibility of each individual and unit towards the Army and the country. Therefore, it is necessary to promote a good sense of responsibility in training, joint training and discipline; solidarity, overcoming difficulties, high concentration, grasping the content conveyed; actively practicing and mastering the basic movements of the Team Regulations according to the tasks of each block and each force. After each day and each week of training and joint training, teachers and managers must record and monitor the training results of each person, promptly draw lessons to organize training to achieve better results.

Senior Lieutenant General Nguyen Tan Cuong noted that the service and security forces must uphold a sense of responsibility, coordinate closely, create the best conditions for food, accommodation, and living; take care of the health of the forces; prepare carefully, ensure the best conditions for the field, grounds, and facilities throughout the training and joint training process.
