Thua Thien Hue approves list of land plots for bidding to implement projects
A series of urban area projects in Thua Thien Hue will be bid by the Provincial People's Committee to find investors.
The People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province has just submitted a document to the Provincial People's Council for approval of the list of land plots for bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in the area.
At the same time, propose the People's Council to issue a Resolution approving the list of land plots for bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in Thua Thien Hue province.

The land areas proposed by the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province include: Ecological urban area in Thuy Thanh commune, Huong Thuy town (belonging to Thanh Toan ecological urban area); Urban area on both sides of Cho Mai - Tan My road, belonging to Area C - An Van Duong new urban area; Urban area of Phu Duong commune, Phu Thuong ward, Hue city and Phu My commune, Phu Vang district belonging to Area C - An Van Duong new urban area;
Phu My urban area belongs to Area C - An Van Duong new urban area; Urban area east of Nguyen Vinh street; Vinh An urban area, eco-tourism resort, Phu Vang district; Phong Dien Industrial Park service residential area, Phong Dien district, Thua Thien Hue province; Northern urban area 1, An Hoa ward, Hue city and Huong Toan commune, Huong Tra town;
Northern urban area 2, An Hoa ward, Hue city and Huong Toan commune, Huong Tra town; Northern urban area 3, An Hoa ward, Huong So ward, Huong Vinh ward, Hue city and Huong Toan commune, Huong Tra town; Ecological and resort urban area in Phu Thanh commune and Thuan An ward, Hue city; Pho Loi riverside ecological urban area in Phu Duong commune, Phu Thuong ward, Hue city;

It is known that most recently, the People's Committee of Thua Thien Hue province has also decided to approve the investment policy of the Eco-Urban Area project of more than 4,300 billion VND in Huong Thuy town (belonging to Thanh Toan Eco-Urban Area).
