Overview of the working session
The construction of a wind power plant in Thai Nguyen is in line with major policies of the Party, State and Government based on practical grounds and in sync with the development situation of the electricity industry.
Representative of BITEXCO Energy Joint Stock Company reported to Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Huy Dung about the investment proposal of BPC Vo Nhai Wind Power Plant.
Specifically, in the Power Plan VIII, the Government has clearly stated the priority of wind power development, in which Thai Nguyen province is identified as having 100 MW of wind power potential. In the National Power Development Implementation Plan, period 2021 - 2030, vision to 2050 approved in Decision No. 1862/QD-TTg dated December 28, 2024 of the Prime Minister, the list of projects includes the 100 MW Vo Nhai BPC project. The wind power plant construction project in Thai Nguyen province is also in line with the policy of developing Thai Nguyen digitally, greenly and happily.
