Specifically, Le Quy Don High School announced the temporary suspension of the school's canteen from tomorrow, October 14, until the authorities have a conclusion.
During this time, the unit providing meals for boarding students also temporarily stopped serving. The school's leadership met and agreed with the parents' representative committee on transportation, study, and activities for students studying 2 sessions/day.
Accordingly, parents will support the school in picking up and dropping off students at noon. To make it more convenient for picking up and dropping off students and taking a lunch break, the school will delay the afternoon class gathering time by 15 minutes. Specifically, parents will pick up their children at 11:30 and bring them back to school before 1:30 p.m.
In case the house is far away or the family has difficulty picking up and dropping off their children, parents should prepare lunch for their children to bring along. Students eat lunch and take a nap under the supervision of boarding teachers.
