  • Policy 4: Blockbuster home purchase, no interest worries for up to 6 years. Maximum interest support of 45% of the property value including VAT within 48 months from the first disbursement date.

[Special] Policy 5: For customers who pay the total contract value including VAT with their own capital within 30 days from the date of signing the sales contract but no later than October 31, 2023, receive a discount of up to 4% of the apartment value.
