On October 31, a delegation from Thieu Hoa district led by Mr. Nguyen Van Bien, Provincial Party Committee member, District Party Committee Secretary, Chairman of the District People's Council, visited and worked at WHA Industrial Development PCL Group. Working at WHA Industrial Zone 1 (Nghi Loc district, Nghe An), representatives of WHA Group introduced the process of formation, development, scale of operation of the group and operating model in Vietnam.

WHA Industrial Zone 1 Nghe An is the first industrial park in Vietnam to come into operation since 2020, with an area of 143.5 hectares and an international standard infrastructure system that has attracted 32 investment projects, with an occupancy rate of 80%. Phase 2 is currently being completed with a land use scale of 354.5 hectares, with an occupancy rate of nearly 50%.
In Thanh Hoa, WHA Group is carrying out procedures to request approval of the investment policy for the project to build and operate the infrastructure of WHA Smart Technology Industrial Park - Thanh Hoa Phase 1 in Phu Quy Industrial Park, Hoang Hoa District; with a land use scale of about 178 hectares and WHA Smart Technology 2 Industrial Park in Giang Quang Thinh Industrial Park, Thieu Hoa District Phase 1 with an area of 174.9 hectares.
At the meeting, comrade Nguyen Van Bien, Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Council of Thieu Hoa district, informed about the socio-economic situation of Thieu Hoa district and the development plan for 2025.
In particular, he expressed his wish that the group continue to expand investment in infrastructure of industrial parks planned by the district, logistics and other areas where the group has advantages in the district.
Thieu Hoa district commits to creating the most favorable conditions for domestic and foreign investors; continuing to complete synchronous infrastructure, supporting administrative procedures and providing timely information to investors.

The group's representative, Mr. Nha Vinh Julien Nguyen, expressed his pleasure if Vietnam approved the policy of investing and operating industrial park infrastructure in Thieu Hoa district and wished to continue cooperating with the district in upcoming projects.
The group commits that all industrial parks invested by WHA will be built according to international standards, ensuring environmental friendliness, modernity and convenience, to create an ideal working space for businesses and workers.
