The competition for planning and architectural options for the Cham Sculpture Museum, Facility 2 (in Phong Le) - Phase 1 (Hoa Tho Dong Ward, Cam Le District) aims to select the optimal planning and architectural option with high feasibility, meeting the requirements of planning, architecture, culture, socio-economic efficiency, national defense, security and environmental protection, preserving all the archaeologically discovered Cham relics with long-term sustainability and aesthetics.
At the same time, ensure the appropriate use of the technical requirements, synchronize the technical infrastructure, and landscape architecture in harmony with the surrounding space, creating highlights and bringing unique characteristics of Cham cultural architecture to the area and Da Nang city, serving the needs of people and tourists, as a basis for implementing the design and investment of the project. The project of Cham Sculpture Museum, Facility 2 in Phong Le - Phase 1 was decided to be invested by the City People's Committee.
The competition for planning and architectural plans is widely organized for domestic and foreign organizations and individuals to participate; the registration deadline is January 18, 2024. The total value of prizes and support is 500 million VND; of which the first prize is 250 million VND, the second prize is 100 million VND, the third prize is 50 million VND. Support for plans entering the competition round (Top 5 plans with high scores taken from top to bottom, except for 3 plans entering round 3): 100 million VND (20 million VND/plan)..
After the registration for the competition ends, in the preliminary round, based on the capacity profiles of the participating units, at least 3 design consulting units with sufficient conditions, capacity, and appropriate experience will be selected to participate in the competition round. The competition organizer will notify the results to the organizations and individuals participating in the next round (selection round) to deploy the report presenting the competition plan.
In the selection round, organizations and individuals who have passed the preliminary selection will implement the competition plan and submit the competition plan within the prescribed time. The selection council will select the plan according to the design task, competition regulations and the regulations of the selection council, and transfer the competition results to the organizing unit to report to the City People's Committee for approval and awarding of prizes.
