Two more communes in Thanh Mien reach the advanced new rural area finish line

From 2020 to present, Le Hong commune has invested 25 billion VND to complete traffic criteria.

According to the Thanh Mien District New Rural Coordination Office, by November 28, the district had additional communes Le Hong and Doan Tung reaching the advanced new rural finish line.

The above communes have all completed 19 criteria according to regulations. Average income per capita is from 75-78 million VND/person/year... 100% of rural roads have been expanded and concreted. All 3 levels of education have met national standards. The poverty rate has decreased to 0.6%. All villages and residential areas have achieved cultural titles. The rate of people satisfied with the results of building advanced new rural areas is high. Le Hong and Doan Tung communes both have typical 3-star OCOP products...

In recent times, Le Hong and Doan Tung communes have focused resources to invest in completing the criteria. These are also two typical localities of the district in mobilizing people to join hands in building advanced new rural areas.

In 2024, Thanh Mien district will support each commune to reach the advanced new rural area with 5 billion VND, and each commune to reach the model new rural area with 3 billion VND. Up to now, only Chi Lang Nam commune in the whole district has reached the advanced new rural area and model new rural area.
