Phu Ly City Party Committee launched an online quiz contest to learn about the life and career of comrade Luong Khanh Thien.

Practically aiming to celebrate the 120th anniversary of Comrade Luong Khanh Thien's birth (October 13, 1903 - October 13, 2023), Phu Ly City Party Committee organized an online quiz "Learn about the life and career of Comrade Luong Khanh Thien" in 2023.

The contest was launched on the morning of September 11 on the internet. The contest is divided into 2 groups. Group A: For students of primary, secondary and high schools in Phu Ly City. Group B: For officials, party members, teachers and people of the whole city.

The contest content includes: The background, life, revolutionary career, and contributions of comrade Luong Khanh Thien - a senior leader of the Party and the Vietnamese revolution; Historical traditions of Phu Ly city.

Contestants can use electronic devices with Internet connection to participate in the Contest by accessing the Link: https://sites.google.com/phuly.edu.vn/luongkhanhthien.

The contest is organized into 2 rounds. Round 1 is an online multiple choice test. The contest period is 4 weeks from September 11 to October 8, 2023. Week 1 is from September 11 to September 17, 2023, Week 2 is from September 18 to September 24, 2023. Week 3 is from September 25 to October 1, 2023. Week 4 is from October 2 to October 8, 2023. There is 1 test each week. At the end of each week, the Organizing Committee (OC) of the contest will announce the results of the weekly winners at the link https://sites.google.com/phuly.edu.vn/luongkhanhthien. Contestants can participate in an unlimited number of contests; the contest software will select the best result (highest score, shortest time to complete the test) to calculate the results of the weekly test.

Round 2 of the online multiple-choice test will be held on October 13, 2023 at the headquarters of the City Party Committee - People's Council - People's Committee of Phu Ly City. Participants in round 2 are all students who won First, Second, Third, and Encouragement prizes in the competition weeks (excluding those in Group B).

In round 1 of each competition, the Organizing Committee will award certificates and bonuses to individuals who win prizes (according to each competition week); award certificates and bonuses to groups with many participants (after the end of round 1). For individuals: 1 first prize worth 300,000 VND; 2 second prizes worth 200,000 VND/prize and 3 third prizes worth 150,000 VND/prize; 4 consolation prizes worth 100,000 VND/prize. For groups: The Organizing Committee will award certificates and bonuses (worth 500,000 VND) to 5 groups with outstanding achievements in propaganda work and participation in the competition.

Round 2: The Organizing Committee awarded a Certificate and prize to 1 individual who won First Prize worth 300,000 VND; 2 Second Prizes worth 200,000 VND/prize; 3 Third Prizes worth 150,000 VND/prize; 4 Consolation Prizes worth 100,000 VND/prize.

The contest is a meaningful activity to propagate to cadres, party members, people, especially the young generation about the life, revolutionary career, and contributions of comrade Luong Khanh Thien. At the same time, it praises the revolutionary spirit and indomitable will of generations of fathers and brothers in the history of the struggle for national liberation, contributing to propagating and educating the national historical tradition, fostering and promoting the spirit of patriotism, the will of self-reliance and self-reliance of cadres, party members, students and people of all walks of life to compete in studying and working to build a civilized and prosperous Phu Ly city.
