Will sell assets on land, transfer land use rights for 70 houses and land facilities

The People's Committee of Quang Tri province has just issued a decision approving the plan to rearrange and handle 70 houses and land of agencies and units at the district level in the form of selling assets on land and transferring land use rights.

Accordingly, Huong Hoa district has 1 educational and training facility; Dakrong district has 2 headquarters of state agencies and public works; Cam Lo district has 2 headquarters of state agencies and public works and 11 educational and training facilities; Vinh Linh district has 4 cultural facilities, 2 headquarters of state agencies and public works and 1 educational and training facility; Gio Linh district has 4 headquarters of state agencies and public works and 4 cultural land; Hai Lang district has 16 headquarters of agencies and 1 headquarters of agency and public works; Trieu Phong district has 3 working headquarters, 1 cultural facility, 1 headquarters of state agencies and public works, 2 educational and training facilities and 1 other headquarters; Dong Ha city has 4 headquarters of state agencies and public works and 2 educational and training facilities; Quang Tri town has 5 agency headquarters, 1 state agency headquarters - career project and 1 educational - training facility.

The Provincial People's Committee requests the People's Committees of districts, towns and cities to complete the dossier according to the law on land, public assets and related regulations, report to the Department of Finance to submit to the competent authority to issue a decision to sell assets on land, transfer land use rights for 70 houses and land facilities according to the provisions of Article 11 of Decree No. 167/2017/ND-CP and Clause 11, Article 1 of Decree No. 67/2021/ND-CP of the Government.
