VRG Youth inherits tradition, contributes to building a developing Group

On the morning of October 24, VRG organized the 18th Advanced Youth Festival following Uncle Ho's teachings, awarded the 21st Golden Rubber Star Award and the 12th Outstanding Youth Award of the Vietnamese rubber industry, at the Eastern College.

Mr. Le Thanh Hung - Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors, General Director of the Group and Ms. Hoang Thi Minh Thu - Member of the Central Youth Union, Member of the Party Committee of the Block, Secretary of the Youth Union of the Central Enterprises presented the award to the Advanced Youth following Uncle Ho's teachings. Attending the ceremony, on behalf of the Central Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, the Central Youth Union of Vietnam, there were Ms. Hoang Thi Minh Thu - Member of the Central Youth Union, Member of the Party Committee of the Block, Secretary of the Youth Union of the Central Enterprises; Mr. Do Tuan Hanh - Member of the Executive Committee, Deputy Head of the Youth Union of the Central Youth Union for Workers and Urban Areas.

At the ceremony, VRG honored 30 Golden Rubber Stars who are the core members, typical faces in the cause of building and developing the Vietnamese rubber industry. 32 Outstanding Youths in the rubber industry have many achievements, creativity, excellence in activities, constantly improving their professional qualifications, skills, and expertise; in the field of scientific research, contributing to maintaining and stabilizing the rubber industry. 95 Advanced Youth Following Uncle Ho's Teachings are cadres and young union members who have actively participated in Union and Association activities; are typical advanced individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style in many fields.

Mr. Le Van Thuy - Vice Chairman of Vietnam Rubber Trade Union and Mr. Nguyen Duc Hien - General Director of Dau Tieng Rubber One Member Co., Ltd., Chairman of the Group's Young Entrepreneurs Association awarded the Advanced Youth following Uncle Ho's teachings. At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Minh Thong - Permanent Deputy Secretary of VRG Youth Union, Permanent Vice Chairman of VRG Vietnam Youth Union reported on the results of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style among young people and young entrepreneurs and managers in the period of 2022 - 2024 and launched an emulation movement to celebrate the 55th anniversary of implementing President Ho Chi Minh's Testament (1969 - 2024).

Mr. Nguyen Minh Thong - Permanent Deputy Secretary of the VRG Youth Union, Permanent Vice President of the Vietnam Youth Union VRG reported at the ceremony. Together with the youth of the whole country, the youth of the Group has actively responded to and implemented Directive 05 of the Politburo, the Plans and instructions of the Party Committee of the Group and the Secretariat of the Central Youth Union on promoting the study and following of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, achieving practical results, affirming the pioneering, creative and voluntary role of cadres, union members, youth and young entrepreneurs and managers of the whole Group, creating a good impression in business development, economic and social development, actively contributing to the implementation of the Group's political tasks and the cause of industrialization, modernization of the country and the construction of Socialism.

Mr. Ha Van Khuong - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Member of the Board of Directors of the Group and Mr. Huynh Kim Nhut - Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy General Director of the Group, Chairman of the Vietnam Rubber Trade Union awarded the Golden Rubber Star . The Youth Union and Association at all levels have promoted propaganda work on studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in many forms. From 2022 to present, the units have organized more than 300 seminars on Uncle Ho's ideology, morality and style with over 10,000 young union members attending, nearly 15,000 young union members, entrepreneurs and young managers have registered to implement the criteria and tasks of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

The Group's youth have materialized the study and following of Uncle Ho's teachings through the launch of many exciting and practical emulation movements, thereby gathering and promoting the strength and intelligence of young people, entrepreneurs, and young managers in conjunction with the implementation of political tasks and production and business activities of the unit and the Group. The Youth Union at all levels have registered, competed, and undertaken to carry out over 1,000 youth projects and tasks with a total value of tens of billions of VND; many initiatives, solutions, and scientific research topics of young people, entrepreneurs, and young managers have been applied to production and business to benefit the unit and the Group; hundreds of volunteer activities have been carried out for community life and social security.

All are portraying a generation of young people, entrepreneurs and young managers of the Group full of enthusiasm, daring to take the initiative in work, being creative for the development of the enterprise, volunteering for community life, beautifying society.
