When quality living becomes the “destination”
In early 2023, Mr. Nhut Tan (35 years old, from An Giang, working in Ho Chi Minh City) and his family went to Ke Ga beach, Binh Thuan province for a vacation. Initially, his plan was to go to the beach to relax and have more time to be close to his parents. However, the peaceful life and fresh air here made Mr. Tan decide to look for real estate to "leave the city for the sea" with his family in the near future.
Mr. Tan shared: “This is a decision that I have thought about for a long time and I am even more motivated to do it now that the Dau Giay - Phan Thiet highway has been completed. I work as a freelancer and invest in apartments for rent under the Airbnb model. Although I do not have a fixed working environment, I have always had to deal with stress due to noise pollution, dense dust and traffic jams when I lived in the city center. After returning from my trip to Binh Thuan, I realized that I needed a better living environment for my family, while also giving me more space to recharge my batteries.
According to Mr. Tan, this idea came from the Covid-19 epidemic period, because of concerns about his parents' health, his family decided to quarantine in Phu Quoc. After that period of time, he realized that not only did the risk of disease be limited, but his parents' health also improved significantly. His children also became more active when they could play freely instead of being entertained by phones and iPads.
New housing trends
Not only Mr. Nhut Tan, more and more young people doing creative jobs, working remotely for foreign companies, start-ups... are looking for living spaces close to nature to improve their quality of life.
The rapid urbanization has gradually reduced the land fund in big cities such as Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, promoting the formation and investment in new satellite cities with the aim of reducing pressure on the central pole. According to Mr. Nguyen Manh Ha, Vice President of the Vietnam Real Estate Association, former Director of the Department of Housing and Real Estate Market Management (Ministry of Construction), the development of large-scale urban areas with full social infrastructure and technical infrastructure to meet the increasing needs of the people is an inevitable trend. The new urban model has appeared in the world for a long time, aiming to create new settlement areas when the conditions of old urban areas no longer meet the development requirements.
According to Savills' report "Vietnam Real Estate Market 2022 - New Perspective", young people in big cities are ready to move and choose new centers - where factors of location, living space and full amenities in an ecosystem of utilities converge. They tend to look for a place that integrates all of the above factors to settle down and develop their work.
Mer Vista Casilla makes the dream of a home by the sea come true
Faced with this wave of migration, Binh Thuan has become a promising “suburb” adjacent to Ho Chi Minh City because travel time has been shortened to 2 hours via the Dau Giay - Phan Thiet expressway.
Located on Hon Lan Bay (Ke Ga - Binh Thuan), which possesses a beautiful natural sea in the Top 10 of Asia, with a flat terrain and cool climate, Thanh Long Bay is developed according to the model of a "miniature" city with more than 1,000 utilities, including many multifunctional subdivisions connected together in a harmonious whole in terms of structure and living environment. All together create an ideal living space, where residents can settle down, work and entertain.
With the newly launched Mer Vista Casilla subdivision, Thanh Long Bay has made the dream of a beach house easier than ever. Mer Vista Casilla creates a classy living space but with a reasonable price and a relaxed payment policy, helping owners easily arrange cash flow, and can own it with monthly income.
Mer Vista Casilla meets quality living standards for residents
With a view embracing the beautiful Ke Ga sea, Mer Vista Casilla is a rare apartment with a single corridor design, increasing the space between apartments on a floor to create air circulation, ensuring ventilation and absolute privacy and quiet for the owners. Every design of the space inside and every corner outside the apartment is reasonably calculated.
Mer Vista Casilla has a construction density of only 35.5%, most of the remaining area is planned for a rich utility system in the central core such as a resort swimming pool, Japanese garden, relaxation garden, BBQ area, children's playground, tennis court, basketball court... with a multi-layered ecosystem of plants and trees creating a lush green garden. In addition, just a few steps away, the whole family can walk to the beach next to the house, enjoy thousands of other utilities of the urban area such as: swimming, diving to see coral, kayaking, jet skiing, paragliding, jet skiing, windsurfing and other sports or participate in seasonal festival events, special art performances, culinary festivals, exciting shopping...
Here, life at a beach house will be as convenient and modern as in the city center. Children can study, play and explore nature, the elderly can receive medical care and enjoy their old age surrounded by green space, young people can have a creative space and live a life rich in experiences with a series of vibrant utilities...
“At this time, there are still opportunities to own potential coastal real estate, but in the future when the infrastructure is complete and the demand for suburban housing increases, I think it will be very difficult to buy a house by the sea. I truly believe that leaving the city life to live at a house by the sea in a few years is the right decision for my family,” Mr. Nhut Tan affirmed.
