Thanh Ha carries out site clearance regardless of holidays

Permanent Vice Chairwoman of Thanh Ha District People's Committee Hoang Thi Thuy Ha requested communes to focus on clarifying the origin of land and speeding up site clearance progress.

On the afternoon of February 14, the People's Committee of Thanh Ha district discussed solutions to resolve difficulties and obstacles in site clearance for public investment projects of the province and district; residential and urban area projects; and projects to create clean sites for auctioning land use rights in the district.

At the meeting, the leaders of Thanh Ha District People's Committee set a specific deadline for each project to be completed. The district assigned the responsibility for implementing the work to the leaders of communes and towns. Any place that fails to verify the origin of the land when the deadline comes must be responsible to the District People's Committee.

The District People's Committee requested communes and towns to closely coordinate with specialized departments to disseminate to people about the policy and compensation plan for project implementation and work on holidays to ensure progress. In cases of resettlement, it is necessary to arrange rented accommodation and urgently develop a resettlement plan so that people can soon stabilize their lives.

For 3 households that have received money but have not completed dismantling their houses at the Hop Thanh bridgehead, span 2, under the Road 390 Renovation and Upgrading Project, it is necessary to urge the households to dismantle themselves to hand over the site to the investor, the Provincial Construction Investment Project Management Board, and the construction unit before February 17.

Thanh Ha district is implementing projects with public investment capital from the province, including: Upgrading provincial road 390 from Hop Thanh bridge to Quang Thanh bridge (in Thanh Quang and Vinh Cuong communes); Investing in the construction of extended road 396 (in Vinh Cuong commune); Upgrading local dike works in the period of 2021 - 2025 (through Hong Lac, Thanh An, Thanh Lang, Cam Viet, Thanh Xuan communes); Renovating and strengthening the dike system of Hai Duong province in the period of 2021 - 2025 under the Project of Renovating and strengthening the dike system in the period of 2021 - 2025 (in Vinh Cuong and Thanh Hong communes).

The district's investment capital includes the Project to Upgrade Provincial Road 390B and build a section to avoid the center of Thanh Ha town.

The district is implementing 6 projects to build residential areas and urban areas and 4 projects to clear land to organize auctions of land use rights to build new residential areas.

Currently, the above projects are facing many obstacles that slow down their progress. Typically, there are obstacles regarding land origin, compensation prices, and assets attached to the recovered land. Some residential construction projects are still stuck with the detailed planning boundary and the land recovery boundary that have not been unified, and some households do not agree to the inventory of land and assets on the ground...

In 2024, Thanh Ha district has slow progress in disbursing public investment capital in the province.
