At the meeting, delegates listened to the draft resolutions submitted at the 10th thematic session. Regarding the draft resolution adjusting the Medium-term Public Investment Plan of local budget capital for the period 2021 - 2025 and the Public Investment Plan of local budget capital for 2024, Tuyen Quang province, delegates basically agreed.

Director of the Department of Planning and Investment Van Dinh Thao presented the draft resolution at the meeting.

However, the delegates also requested the drafting agency to review data, determine revenue sources to supplement, allocate capital sources for programs, ensure feasibility, suitability, and effectiveness; consider supplementing the list and allocating detailed capital plans to implement the Project on application and development of information technology to improve the efficiency of management of activities for the political system in Tuyen Quang province, period 2020-2025 or remove this Project from the draft resolution to adjust the Medium-term Public Investment Plan of local budget capital for the period 2021-2025...

Delegates also gave their opinions on the draft resolutions: Adjusting the Central Budget Development Investment Plan to implement the National Target Program on New Rural Development in Tuyen Quang Province in 2024; approving the investment policy for the Road Construction Investment Project from Tuyen Quang City Center to My Lam Mineral Spring Tourist Area, My Lam Ward, Tuyen Quang City, Tuyen Quang Province; Stipulating criteria for deciding to conduct bidding to select investors to implement investment projects using land in Tuyen Quang Province; adjusting the State Budget Capital Plan to implement the National Target Program on Socio-Economic Development in Ethnic Minorities and Mountainous Areas in Tuyen Quang Province; changing the purpose of using rice-growing land and production forest land to implement projects in 2024 in Tuyen Quang Province.

Based on the opinions of the delegates at the meeting, the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the leaders of the Provincial People's Council committees requested the drafting agencies to absorb the delegates' opinions, continue to review all draft Resolutions to edit, clearly state the legal bases, adjust data, add tables and charts for easy monitoring...; complete the submission and draft resolutions to ensure completeness, strictness and compliance with regulations before submitting them to the 10th Special Session of the 19th Provincial People's Council.
