On January 18, at the Sales Gallery Hall, Thu Duc City, THACO AUTO held a Conference to deploy the production, business and management plan for 2025, to evaluate the results achieved in 2024 and propose strategies, implement plans, and continue to improve management work in 2025.
The conference was attended by Mr. Tran Ba Duong - Chairman of THACO Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Hung Minh - Permanent Vice Chairman of THACO Board of Directors, Mr. Pham Van Tai - General Director of THACO, Ms. Nguyen Thien My - Permanent Vice Chairman of THACO AUTO, Mr. Nguyen Quang Bao - General Director of THACO AUTO; Leaders of THACO Management Departments; more than 550 leaders and potential personnel at all levels of THACO AUTO and its affiliated units.
At the Conference, Ms. Nguyen Thien My - Permanent Vice President of THACO AUTO said: “2025 is a pivotal year, of important significance, marking a strong turning point in the sustainable development process of THACO AUTO with opportunities and challenges. THACO AUTO needs to proactively manage production and business activities, focus on management and improve human resources to meet strategic goals and requirements in the new period”.
In addition, the THACO AUTO Board of Directors also presented the following contents: Strategy, Management orientation in 2025 and until 2027 of THACO AUTO; Implementation of production, business and management plans in 2025 of the Business Divisions, Production Divisions, THACO AUTO North and South.
Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Tran Ba Duong - Chairman of THACO's Board of Directors said: "2025 is the third year of implementing the Multi-Industry Strategy and 5-Year Plan (2023 - 2027), THACO restructures and transforms into a multi-industry Group. THACO AUTO is the key and pioneering member Group in charge of automobile production and business activities. THACO AUTO needs to continue to improve the management system, through standardizing the system of key regulations and processes in production, business and management activities, to ensure a stable and transparent operating system, limit risks, thereby contributing to sustainable development".
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO emphasized that THACO AUTO needs to focus on developing its human resources. Each employee must have a solid grasp of expertise, product knowledge, discipline, technique and creativity to create products and services that meet the increasing needs of customers according to the production and business strategy.
“Inheriting the industrial management foundation, production and business activities at THACO AUTO must be integrated and complementary internally, as well as with other member corporations of THACO; at the same time, managed in a standardized manner according to the motto “combining to create advantages, specializing to be effective”, in order to bring business efficiency to THACO AUTO in particular and THACO in general, thereby increasing the value brought to customers”, added the Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO.
On this occasion, THACO AUTO rewards outstanding individuals and collectives in 2024, thereby encouraging employees, departments/units to strive to complete assigned tasks well.
From January 20 to 23, 2025, the entire THACO AUTO system from THACO AUTO Executive Office to affiliated units will hold a meeting to deploy the 2025 Production, Business and Management Plan so that employees can clearly understand and properly perform their functions and tasks at the unit.
To ensure the completion of the goals and plans set out in 2025 and by 2027, THACO AUTO needs high determination and consensus from the Board of Directors as well as all THACO AUTO employees; at the same time, continue to promote the spirit of contribution and dedication, in order to enhance brand value through product and service quality with the spirit of "Dedicated service"; thereby contributing to the sustainable development of THACO AUTO.
