On the morning of December 16, the Provincial Public Administration Service Center coordinated with the People's Committee of Nho Quan district to organize a training conference to improve professional skills for the staff, civil servants and public employees of the One-Stop Department at the district and commune levels in the area.
At the conference, delegates were informed by reporters from the Departments, branches and the Provincial Public Administration Service Center about the main contents, which are: VNeID's utilities and VNeID's application in performing administrative procedures; instructions on application and exploitation of the Electronic Data Warehouse; some contents and problems in the field of Social Insurance in the district (focusing on 2 groups of public services connecting administrative procedures for commune and district levels); the field of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs; the field of Justice; discussing some common tasks on the operation of the One-Stop Section.
Speaking at the training session, the leader of Nho Quan District People's Committee requested the delegates attending the conference to actively discuss unclear and confusing contents in the implementation process. After the training conference, implement immediately in practice; regularly apply; enhance learning between units to complete assigned tasks well. Heads of specialized agencies, leaders of People's Committees of communes and towns strengthen inspection and supervision; focus on resolving administrative procedures to ensure progress as required.
Through the training conference, it helps cadres, civil servants and public employees of the One-Stop Department of the district and communes and towns improve their knowledge and update newly issued directive documents, thereby improving the operational efficiency of the One-Stop Department, serving the settlement of administrative procedures for people, organizations and businesses with high efficiency.
