Vietnam Industrial Park Group starts construction of LEED-certified warehouse in Dong Nai
Vietnam Industrial Park Group Joint Stock Company officially started Phase 1 of the high-quality ready-built warehouse project in Subdivision D, Nhon Trach VI Industrial Park (Dong Nai) on October 25.
The 14.5-hectare project will provide more than 97,000 m² of leasable floor space. Phase 1 is expected to be completed in Q2/2025 and will provide more than 44,000 m² to the market.

This is the latest investment project of Vietnam Industrial Park Group in Dong Nai, built according to LEED Gold standards, to meet the sustainable development requirements of international investors, contributing to promoting the development of the logistics industry and attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) to the Southeast region in general and Dong Nai in particular. This is a factor that many businesses and investors are particularly interested in when looking for industrial real estate projects.
Mr. Nguyen Tri Phuong, Head of Dong Nai Industrial Parks Management Board, said that Dong Nai Industrial Parks Management Board welcomes the efforts and serious investment of Vietnam Industrial Park Group in building and developing modern industrial infrastructure, especially projects aiming at developing green industry in the province.
“We expect this project to help Dong Nai further improve its competitiveness, create favorable conditions for the development of the logistics industry, attract FDI capital, and promote the presence of international enterprises in the locality,” he said.
Mr. Hardy Diec, CEO of Vietnam Industrial Park Group, also shared that, in addition to existing projects in Ho Nai and Nhon Trach V Industrial Parks, Vietnam Industrial Parks expects the new project in Nhon Trach VI Industrial Park to provide the market with international standard warehouse space, contributing to the development of the logistics industry and attracting foreign investment capital to the locality.
“With the goal of achieving LEED Gold certification, Vietnam Industrial Park affirms its commitment and efforts in developing green buildings, saving energy and minimizing environmental impacts, meeting the increasingly high standards of international investors,” said Mr. Diec.
Dong Nai, with its strategic location and key industrial zones, is one of the pioneering localities in developing logistics in the region and the country.
By 2030, the province aims to grow the logistics industry by 30-35% per year, contributing 20-25% to the GDP of the Service sector.
The new project of Vietnam Industrial Park Group has a prime location, adjacent to Ho Chi Minh City and conveniently connected to the main traffic routes of the country. From here, businesses can easily access the international airport and seaport system such as Long Thanh International Airport (within a radius of 10km), Cat Lai and Cai Mep Ports (within a radius of 20km). With this advantage, the project will make an important contribution to attracting FDI investment in the logistics industry, while anticipating the increasing demand for warehouses in the Southeast region.
The ready-built warehouse project of Vietnam Industrial Park Group in Nhon Trach VI Industrial Park continues to mark a new step forward in the strong investment strategy of this enterprise in the industrial real estate sector on a national scale. Since the beginning of 2024, the Group has broken ground on 04 new industrial projects in industrial parks and key economic zones in the North and South, providing nearly 400,000 m² of new industrial floor space to the market with a variety of categories such as ready-built warehouses, ready-built factories and mixed factories; contributing to creating job opportunities for the locality, while strongly promoting FDI capital in Vietnam.

Established in 2021, up to now, Vietnam Industrial Park has put into operation 09 high-quality ready-built warehouse and factory projects in industrial parks with strategic locations in the North and South such as DEEP C (Hai Phong), Thuan Thanh 3B (Bac Ninh), Ho Nai (Dong Nai), Phu An Thanh (Long An) ... with a land fund of more than 300 hectares.
