Vietnam Industrial Park honored as Outstanding Industrial Real Estate Developer for the second consecutive year
At the Vietnam Outstanding Real Estate Awards 2024 ceremony held on December 11, Vietnam Industrial Park Group was honored to continue to be honored in the category of Outstanding Industrial Real Estate Developer.
This is the second consecutive year that Vietnam Industrial Park Group, a professional industrial real estate developer, has been honored in this category, after the first time in 2023.
Sharing about the award, Mr. Hardy Diec, CEO of Vietnam Industrial Park Group, emphasized: “We are honored to continue to be voted as the 'Outstanding Industrial Real Estate Developer' in 2024. This is a great encouragement for our serious efforts in continuously developing a high-quality industrial warehouse system, while ensuring the criteria for sustainable development, meeting the needs of domestic and foreign investors, thereby contributing to promoting economic growth".

Established in 2021, Vietnam Industrial Park Group currently owns 10 high-quality ready-built warehouse and factory projects in large and key industrial parks and economic zones in the North and South such as DEEP C (Hai Phong), Thuan Thanh 3B (Bac Ninh), Ho Nai (Dong Nai), Phu An Thanh (Long An)... with a land fund of more than 300 hectares.
In particular, from the beginning of 2024 until now, the Group has started construction of 4 new industrial projects in industrial parks and key economic zones, providing nearly 400,000 m2 of new industrial floor area to the market, with a variety of products such as ready-built warehouses, ready-built factories and mixed factories; contributing to strongly promoting FDI capital into Vietnam, while creating job opportunities and contributing to economic development in localities.
In parallel with promoting the development of new projects and expanding land funds in key economic zones across the country, the Group also pays special attention to investing and developing high-quality infrastructure to meet the needs of international investors. Accordingly, last August, Vietnam Industrial Park announced its orientation for green building development, with the goal of achieving standards and certifications on sustainability for the Group's future projects.
Based on this premise, in August and October 2024, the Group implemented two important projects designed and built according to LEED Green Building standards: DEEP C Industrial Park (Phase 2) and Nhon Trach 6D Industrial Park. This has especially contributed to attracting a diverse customer base from high-quality industries, limiting environmental impacts, and contributing to shaping a green and sustainable industry.

Since 2017, Nhip Cau Dau Tu Magazine has been conducting the Vietnam Outstanding Real Estate Awards program to honor true and sustainable values, and to recognize the contributions of businesses participating in the Vietnamese real estate market. The Judging Council for this year's awards includes Arcadia Consulting Vietnam, Savills Vietnam, Institute of Informatics and Applied Economics, Cushman & Wakefield Vietnam and the Vietnam Urban Planning and Development Association.
