The 2024 inspection list of the Ministry of Construction includes 3 parts: administrative inspection, specialized inspection and urging and checking the implementation of inspection conclusions, handling complaints and denunciations.
Regarding construction investment activities, the Ministry of Construction will inspect a number of projects assigned by 10 units as investors and investor representatives.
Among the 10 units on the inspection list are many management boards under the Ministry of Transport (MOT) such as the Ho Chi Minh Road Project Management Board, My Thuan Project Management Board, Waterway Project Management Board, and Project Management Board 7.

In addition, the inspection list also includes the Management Board of Traffic Construction Investment Projects of Hanoi, Hai Phong and Dong Nai cities.
In addition, the Ministry of Construction will inspect the construction investment activities of a number of projects invested or represented by Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN), Hanoi Housing Investment and Development Corporation (Handico), etc.
Regarding the state management of the construction sector, the Ministry of Construction will inspect the People's Committees of Phu Tho, Nghe An, Ben Tre, Long An, Dong Thap provinces and investors, related agencies, organizations and units on construction investment activities and a number of projects using central budget capital.
Real estate business activities, construction of technical infrastructure systems, social infrastructure, and construction works at commercial housing and urban area investment projects in Son La province are also included in the 2024 inspection plan of the Ministry of Construction.
Along with that, the Ministry of Construction plans to conduct 2-4 inspections to urge and check the implementation of inspection conclusions and resolve complaints and denunciations.
In which, the People's Committees of some provinces and cities inspect and verify complaints and urge the implementation of legally effective decisions on handling complaints.
The Minister assigned the Chief Inspector of the Ministry to organize and urge the implementation of the inspection plan according to regulations.
