Over the past decade, the new rural construction program in the province has achieved many important results. Entering the new phase, the criteria for building new rural areas require higher requirements, the new rural construction program focuses on depth, so in addition to the budget support from all levels, the promotion of the internal strength of the people, the sponsorship role of departments, branches, sectors, and enterprises is very important, creating motivation to promote communes that have not met the new rural standards of all types to soon complete the set goals.

Supporting Ta Rut commune, Dakrong district in building new rural areas, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has established a working group led by the department's leaders and specialized departments, units under the department to conduct surveys, evaluate criteria for building new rural areas and organize sponsorship activities in Ta Rut commune. In 2022, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism supported 100 million VND from socialized sources to build the Ta Rut commune cultural and sports center. Up to now, this center has been completed and put into operation to serve the organization of cultural, sports, and entertainment activities for Ta Rut commune and neighboring communes.
Along with that, the department has supported training costs for Ta Rut commune's artisan teams, supported the purchase of equipment for folk singing and traditional music. Donated bookshelves and books to the local library; organized a mobile library trip at the commune's schools... In 2023, the department coordinated with the People's Committee of Ta Rut commune, the Department of Culture and Information of Dakrong district to organize cultural - artistic, physical training and sports activities in the locality. The implementation of sponsorship activities for Ta Rut commune has contributed to improving the cultural and spiritual life, motivating cadres and people of Ta Rut commune to strive to gradually complete the goal of building a new rural area.
In the period of 2022-2025, the Department of Industry and Trade is assigned to support Trieu Lang commune, Trieu Phong district. Currently, Trieu Lang commune has been recognized by the Provincial People's Committee as a commune meeting the NTM standards in 2022. In order to maintain and improve the criteria that the commune has met, the Department of Industry and Trade directs the youth union to organize activities to join hands in building the NTM through specific activities such as organizing the program "Loving Tet"; volunteer program "Pink Vacation"...
In the period of 2024-2025, the Department will guide and support Trieu Lang commune to improve the quality of achieved criteria, towards building a model new rural area and advanced new rural area. At the same time, strengthen the dissemination of the system of legal documents on the program of building new rural areas and model new rural areas, especially the contents related to criterion No. 4 on electricity and criterion No. 7 on rural commercial infrastructure...
Along with that, the Department of Industry and Trade coordinates and urges the electricity sector to renovate and develop the power grid to ensure service for the daily life and production of people, production and business establishments in the assigned commune... Coordinate propaganda and mobilize people to comply with site clearance to serve the construction of power projects passing through the area to ensure progress.
Guide and coordinate with local authorities to continue supporting people and businesses to invest in developing convenience stores and general stores to better meet people's needs for buying and selling goods and promoting local trade and service activities. Regularly review and evaluate the results of implementing the new rural areas of the assigned sponsored and responsible communes to promptly guide and remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of building new rural areas and model new rural areas.
In recent years, the activities of sponsoring communes to build new rural areas have continued to receive attention from departments, branches and sectors in the province. After being assigned to sponsor, the departments, branches and sectors have directed, guided, monitored, inspected and supervised the assigned difficult communes. At the same time, effectively mobilized resources to support sponsored villages, hamlets and communes to complete the goal of meeting new rural standards according to the province's roadmap. Presided over and coordinated to remove difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing the new rural construction program in localities... Thanks to that, by the end of 2023, the whole province had 3/36 sponsored communes meeting new rural standards; 2 communes are completing procedures to submit for recognition of meeting new rural standards in 2023.
To improve the effectiveness of sponsorship in building new rural areas, departments, branches and sectors need to continue to identify the content that needs support and assistance for sponsored communes. Along with that, regularly follow the grassroots to grasp the situation, promptly remove difficulties and obstacles of the locality. Units also need to prioritize the implementation of professional tasks in the field of departments and branches, at the same time, seek to call for more external resource support to support communes to meet new rural standards according to the set plan.
