At the meeting, comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia emphasized that since the beginning of the 13th Party Congress term, the work of informing and propagating the implementation of political tasks, important events and issues, the socio-economic situation, culture, education, health, national defense, security and foreign affairs of the country has been actively and proactively implemented by press and radio agencies, especially key political press agencies, in a methodical and quality manner, creating highlights, spreading strongly, contributing to orienting public opinion.

Newspapers and radio stations have many innovations and creativity in conveying information content, diversifying forms of expression, using modern communication tools to reach many readers and audiences. 12 key political press agencies have actively implemented training and fostering for reporters, editors, officials, and journalists in both political theory and professional expertise, implementing digital transformation of the press, truly being leading and exemplary press agencies in building a cultural environment in press agencies...

Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia requested 12 key political press agencies to closely follow the political tasks and practical situation of the country, focus on information, extensive propaganda, and highlight some key contents: Summarizing and evaluating the results of leadership, direction and implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress from the beginning of the term to the present; directions, tasks and solutions from now until the end of the term. Increase coverage, regularly update, fully and comprehensively update news, articles and images of the Central Committee, National Assembly and Government meetings; build columns and topics that vividly and effectively reflect the main and important contents of the meetings.

Highlighting the results of the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity, practicing thrift, and combating waste, actively contributing to preventing and repelling the degradation of political ideology, ethics, and lifestyle; affirming that the work of fighting corruption and negativity continues to be directed strongly, systematically, synchronously, resolutely, with clear effectiveness, with breakthroughs, leaving outstanding marks, creating high consensus in the whole society.

Nhan Dan Newspaper, Voice of Vietnam Radio, and Vietnam Television will further support Party newspapers and local radio and television stations in terms of expertise, professionalism, and techniques, so that the Party newspaper system and radio and television stations nationwide can improve their capacity, quality, and effectiveness of information and propaganda.

On the occasion of the 98th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day, Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia sent his best wishes to the leaders of press agencies; acknowledged and highly appreciated the important contributions of the press system nationwide, including 12 key political press agencies; affirmed that the Party and State always create conditions for the press to promote its role and position, and best fulfill its assigned political tasks.

Comrade Nguyen Trong Nghia believes that with affection, responsibility and intelligence, the Vietnamese revolutionary press system will continue to promote its experience, rich tradition, strive for innovation and creativity, and make important contributions to the cause of building and developing an increasingly prosperous and happy country, realizing the goals set by the 13th National Congress of the Party.
