30 years of continuous creation and sustainable development
According to Mr. Sami Kteily – Chairman of the Board of Members, one of the things that makes him most proud among Pebsteel’s many impressive achievements is the decision to establish the company in Vietnam 30 years ago. At that time, the concept of pre-engineered steel buildings was still very unfamiliar in the Vietnamese market. The appearance of Pebsteel with pre-engineered steel building technology with modern standards from Europe applied in the field of industrial construction, has helped domestic and foreign investors feel secure in their investment projects in the Vietnamese market as well as the Asia-Pacific region.

The company has maintained its leading role in the industry with a consistently high growth rate and positive profits. The Pebsteel team has steadily weathered two major waves: the Asian (1997-1998) and global (2007-2009) economic crises as well as the Covid-19 pandemic. In the midst of this difficult situation, Pebsteel leaders quickly decided to maintain the number of employees and pay full salaries and bonuses to ensure the stability of the company's resources, instead of cutting staff and tightening spending like many other businesses.
Pebsteel has been expanding steadily with a total of 12 offices across Southeast Asia to best serve customers from over 50 countries. Even during the economic crisis that broke out in 2008, Pebsteel quickly expanded its market to six ASEAN countries.
