Over 1000 days of incubation, nearly 50 architects from around the world and countless ideas and sketches, Sun Symphony Residence - a modern real estate complex located on the Han River, Da Nang is a project that conveys the efforts and expectations of Aedas and Sun Group for a symbol to light up the future Da Nang. That is the sharing of the representative of the design unit Aedas about the Sun Symphony Residence complex - a "SOL note" in the sublimation symphony of life on the Han River, Da Nang. The symbol is drawn with both heart and mind. It is known that Sun Symphony Residence is the 3rd project that Aedas has joined hands with Sun Group to "beautify" Da Nang. So what is the main design inspiration of the complex? Representative of Aedas: Aedas and Sun Group have accompanied each other through many lands. We always share the same "direction" of the desire to create works that leave a timeless mark with cultural and artistic values. Sun Symphony Residence was not only created by the minds of more than 50 architects from many countries, but was also "drawn" with love for Vietnamese culture. During more than 1000 days of "floating on the poetic Han River", countless ideas were sketched. But, no matter where we "fly", what anchors us together is always traditional culture. If for Sun Group architects, national culture already flows in our veins, then for us, Aedas architects, Vietnamese culture seems to have become an indispensable DNA. From the image of Vietnamese Ao Dai, fishing village, Ngu Hanh Son mountain to the proposed image of Dragon, all are symbols of the quintessence of indigenous culture. Finally, after a process of researching and considering the most worthy image for the project's position, we agreed to choose the coiled Dragon and Nam Thien Danh Thang Ngu Hanh Son as the main design inspiration for this complex located at the gateway to Da Nang. Why the image of the Dragon and the Marble Mountains? Aedas representative: In all collaborations, Sun Group always emphasizes the mission of "Beautifying" and "awakening the cultural resources" of each land. Therefore, at Sun Symphony Residence, the team decided to choose the image of a Dragon curling up and reaching high with the Marble Mountains to honor and elevate the local culture.

For Da Nang, Ngu Hanh Son mountain is known as Nam Thien Danh Thang, a masterpiece of "strange mountains and rivers", where the imprints of Champa civilization are preserved, with historical value and important meaning of the balance of the five elements. The 3 high-rise towers of The Symphony will be designed with alternating heights, not only to create associations with Ngu Hanh Son range, but also like the past journey of Da Nang: there are ups and downs. And also true to the name of the project "Symphony - symphony" with high and low notes, following each other to "resound high" the joyful song of the future. Meanwhile, in the four sacred animals - 4 animals representing the noble power of mythology, the Dragon is the leading sacred animal with the meaning of bringing positive energy, prosperity and supreme power. In folk culture, the image of the Dragon also often appears and represents the noble origin with the legend of the Dragon's descendants. The image of the Dragon rising at the estuary also symbolizes the spirit and aspiration to fly far of Da Nang. We want to "paint" a symbol of prosperity of the future by the Han River by inheriting and honoring the most national, most Vietnamese materials but also the most proud of the origin, the indomitable will, and the strong rise of our ancestors for thousands of years. Where the "peak of art" is recreated So what is the most impressive point in the design of Sun Symphony Residence? Representative of Aedas: We will apply the "peak language of art" to create a Sun Symphony Residence of quality - class - difference but also very "humane" worthy of the "minh duong tu thuy" land in the position reflecting on the Han River, the most beautiful place to watch fireworks from the Da Nang International Fireworks Festival and will also be the center of prosperity and dynamism in the future.

The Symphony high-rise towers have the advantage of 4 directions overlooking the "masterpieces" of Da Nang's nature such as the Han River, My Khe beach, Son Tra peninsula or Ba Na peak. With a design that respects nature and "humanity", we are willing to sacrifice "space", optimize the width, facade and area of ​​the apartment to create classy experiences when standing anywhere, there are 3 to 4 views to fully enjoy the "quintessence" of the scenery that nature has bestowed. The complex has a unique design concept of "humanity". So what did the Aedas team, Sun Group do to bring the spirit of "humanity" into the project? Aedas representative: "Humanity" design is understood as taking people as the center, creating the most optimal space with human needs, emotions and experiences, bringing a close and harmonious life between people and nature. To become a perfect piece with the surrounding area, we have devoted nearly 50% of the construction area to utilities and green landscape. The project will have a Central Park of up to 5000m2. This will be like a "green oasis". In parallel, we designed a series of utilities such as outdoor playgrounds, sports areas, 450m2 infinity pools, riverside walkways, sunken gardens between buildings... The complex also has 3 water docks for residents to easily enjoy excursions on the Han River.

For each apartment, we also "carve" to create open spaces, stepped gardens, airy spaces and even apartments with two facades, where one side can see the Han River and the other side is My Khe beach. Sun Symphony Residence will create classy experiences in each apartment. More specifically, how is this class? Aedas representative: We have consulted many models from high-end complexes around the world to create an optimal design in terms of functionality, promoting the advantage of the location reflecting the Han River and bringing experiences that truly "sublimate the quality of life". Each apartment has a narrower depth ratio, larger balcony and wider facade to let light and fresh air into every space. The details and materials themselves are also meticulously "measured" to always ensure the quality of the project but still convey the main design inspiration. For example, the vertical dividing lines running along the towers will be connected with high-grade alloy materials, creating a visual effect similar to the image of "Dragon flying up". The second layer is the horizontal and vertical dividing lines alternating like layers of Dragon scales. And at the highest point of each tower, we have also worked hard to combine the architecture and lighting art to create the image of a "precious gem". Blending with the whole will be the image of "Long Chau Nha Ngoc" - converging the quintessence of heaven and earth, conveying the desire for prosperity and success.

The glass used in the project will also be high-quality 3-layer Low-e glass with outstanding functions in reducing radiation, heat insulation, and self-cleaning when it rains. Thanks to that, the apartments will always be cool, save energy, and be environmentally friendly. Down to the base block, the "care" in the decorative slats on the exterior, the choice of natural stone with cloud patterns or high-quality metal for construction all show the outstanding "class" of the project. What does Aedas expect about the position of this dynamic, modern complex in the future picture of a Da Nang worth visiting, worth living, worth investing in, leading in Asia? Aedas representative: Compared to the lands we have worked for many years in Asia such as Singapore, I think Da Nang has many similarities but also has many advantages and outstanding potential to "fly far".
