In October, Vietnam Women's Publishing House released the book Living a Meaningful Life (99 Positive Things to Live a Happy and Successful Life) by author Tran Dinh Hoanh.
The book answers the question: "What is the meaning of life?".
The author asserts that, "If you can't save lives like doctors, get anyone out of prison like lawyers, create new machines like engineers...
But if you always think positively everywhere and at all times, then your life has great meaning to this world, because you have contributed and developed the world at the most basic and necessary level for human life."

Living a Meaningful Life is a collection of 99 short articles, freely arranged in 356 pages, creating an easy-to-read feeling for readers.
There are articles that go into questions, personal confessions, ways to balance being calm and honest with yourself, such as: "Positive thinking does not mean not seeing difficulties, but always striving to overcome difficulties and win"; or "Stress or not depends on your thinking, not on the path and challenges".
But there are also articles sharing stories, issues of community and world significance, about the meaning of life, such as: "You will develop yourself as an individual, as well as your country, better if you are peaceful and have many friends"; "There are two attitudes to choose from: negative and positive. Our attitude determines our life, not life or fate."
With each short article, readers have moments to listen to their inner self, balance their emotions and learn to love themselves and life, thereby living a meaningful life.
Author Tran Dinh Hoanh is a lawyer, currently living in the US.
He is known to readers of the Vietnamese Women's Publishing House for two books in the "self-help" series, including Positive Thinking Changes Life and 10 Core Values of Success.
The book Positive Thinking Changes Life was published in 2011 and is still on the publisher's bookshelves, after 14 printings with more than 20,000 copies.
