In the first 6 months of the working year (from October 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024), the civil judgment enforcement agencies (CJEs) of Thanh Hoa province resolved 6,036 cases and VND 295,347 billion. Compared to the same period in 2023, the amount of money resolved increased by 94.85%.

On the morning of April 4, in Hoang Hoa district, the Department of Administrative Judgment Enforcement of Thanh Hoa province held a conference to review the work of administrative judgment enforcement in the first 6 months of the year and deploy work for the last 6 months of 2024.

According to the report, in 2024, the provincial THADS Department must execute 13,845 cases, with VND 2,934,888 billion. Of which, the number of cases with conditions for execution is 10,316 cases and VND 1,403,871 billion.

In the first 6 months of the working year (from October 1, 2023 to March 31, 2024), the THADS agencies in the province have completed 6,036 cases and 295,347 billion VND, reaching 58.51% of cases and 21.04% of money (compared to the number of cases and money with conditions for enforcement).

This result reached 70.28% in terms of work and 45% in terms of money compared to the target assigned by the General Department of THADS in 2024. Compared to the same period in 2023, the Provincial THADS Department resolved an increase of 143,769 billion VND (an increase of 94.85%).

In particular, the enforcement of judgments on State budget revenues achieved positive results. The THADS agency in the province has completed 5,072 cases, collecting 59,766 billion VND, reaching 66.82% of cases and 24.67% of money compared to cases and money with conditions for enforcement. Compared to the same period in 2023, the amount collected for the State budget increased by 35,477 billion VND (up 146.06%).

Regarding the work of monitoring administrative violations, 6 cases have been completed, and 59 cases have not been completed. Of these, 10 cases have decisions to monitor and 49 cases have not yet had decisions to monitor administrative violations.

Coordination between localities, agencies and units in the work of THADS continues to be carried out closely and seriously, achieving positive results. Verification of judgment enforcement and requests for coordination in applying security measures and enforcement measures have been responded to and supported by relevant agencies. In particular, implementing Directive No. 16-CT/TU dated September 5, 2018 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on strengthening the Party's leadership over THADS and administrative work, coordination in the province has achieved many important results, promptly removing difficulties and obstacles, improving effectiveness and efficiency.

Despite many positive results, the work of THADS and THAHC in the past 6 months still has some shortcomings and limitations. Specifically, some cases have not yet been able to hand over auctioned assets to the auction winners. There are still complicated and pending cases and many other complicated cases are arising. Although the THADS agency has paid attention to the work of THAHC monitoring, focusing on strengthening monitoring and urging, the results of completed cases are still low...

Strive to complete the enforcement of all revenues to the State budget.
