The Government and the Prime Minister have paid attention, closely and resolutely directed to remove "bottlenecks", the goal is to effectively and on schedule implement Project 06.

In addition to the achieved results, there are still some shortcomings and limitations mentioned: The progress of building institutions, mechanisms and policies is still slow compared to requirements; Digital infrastructure development still has many shortcomings, has not overcome the situation of "fragmentation, information segregation, separation and clustering of data"; Cyber security and information security in many places have not received due attention, cyber attacks tend to increase; Tax management, especially tax collection from livestream services, e-commerce, food services in localities... still has losses; Propaganda work on the implementation of Project 06 has not been regular and continuous.

In his concluding remarks at the conference, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh highly appreciated the efforts of ministries, branches and localities in implementing Project 06; creating positive changes in direction and management to remove 5 "bottlenecks" in implementing Project 06 and Directive No. 18; at the same time promoting connection and data sharing to serve e-commerce development and improve the efficiency of tax management.

Based on the analysis of existing problems, causes and lessons learned, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested all levels and sectors, especially ministers, heads of sectors, heads of agencies, and chairmen of local People's Committees to uphold the spirit of responsibility, proactiveness, creativity, confidence, innovation, "not saying no, not saying difficult, not saying yes but not doing", "only discussing doing, not discussing backing down", focusing on implementing 5 groups of tasks and solutions to promote digital transformation, develop e-commerce, bringing specific and practical benefits to people and businesses.

Firstly, urgently complete the institutions serving the development of population data, connection, data sharing in particular and national digital transformation in general. Fourth, promote digital transformation in tax management and synchronously implement solutions on electronic invoices, especially in the management of e-commerce activities.
