Implementing the direction of the leaders of the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Public Security on the transfer of state management tasks on testing and granting driving licenses; Document No. 127 dated January 14, 2025 of the People's Committee of Ha Giang province on the implementation of the guidance of the Steering Committee for the implementation of the summary of Resolution No. 18/NQ-CP of the Government on supplementing and completing the plan for the organization of specialized agencies under the People's Committees at the provincial and district levels. The Department of Transport of Ha Giang province has just issued a notice on the temporary suspension of receiving and processing dossiers for the issuance, re-issuance, organization of testing, and granting of road motor vehicle driving licenses as follows :
1. Regarding driver testing: Ha Giang Department of Transport stops organizing driving license testing sessions for all classes from 00:00 on February 19, 2025.
2. Regarding the issuance and exchange of driving licenses: Stop receiving administrative procedures related to the issuance and exchange of driving licenses in the province from 00:00 on February 19, 2025.
People who need to carry out administrative procedures related to the issuance and exchange of Driver's Licenses will be received by the Provincial Police from 00:00 on February 19, 2024 at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center at 519 Nguyen Trai Street, Nguyen Trai Ward, Ha Giang City, Ha Giang Province.
