On the morning of November 22, the Department of Industry and Trade coordinated with the Industry Trade Union, the Economic Zone Trade Union and the Industrial Parks of the province to organize a conference to disseminate and educate the law in 2023 and deploy a number of solutions to improve the DDCI index of the industry and trade sector in the coming years. Attending the conference were representatives of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and leaders of a number of departments, branches, units and enterprises.

Delegates listened to the reporter convey the basic contents of the Law on Grassroots Democracy Implementation in 2022, public ethics, codes of conduct in agencies and units; Decree No. 107/2020/ND-CP dated September 14, 2020 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 24/2014/ND-CP dated April 4, 2014 of the Government regulating the organization of specialized agencies under the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities and related practical issues. This is important knowledge that affects the awareness and sense of law compliance of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers, improving the quality, effectiveness and efficiency of state management, while preventing and limiting violations of the law, maintaining political security, social order and safety in localities and units.
