Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Loan - President of the Women's Union of Hiep Duc district said that after 7 years of implementing the startup movement, the district has more than 20 new models and good practices of its members.

The highlight is the establishment of the Hiep Duc Women's Creative Startup Club in 2022 with 26 members. Supporting 10 cooperatives owned by women, creating jobs, increasing income for nearly 200 female workers, especially ethnic minority women in 3 highland communes of Song Tra, Phuoc Tra and Phuoc Gia... The women's startup movement has greatly contributed to poverty reduction in Hiep Duc.

According to Ms. Loan, the Women's Union of Hiep Duc district has also successfully implemented the Prime Minister 's Project 939 on "Supporting women to start businesses in the period of 2017 - 2025". Thanks to that, the locality now has 15 OCOP products that meet 3-star standards, of which 14 are owned by women. Hiep Duc women's start-up products have been honored in the central and provincial start-up community.

At the forum, Shark Le Hung Anh - Chairman of the Board of Directors, CEO of BIN Corporation highly appreciated the spirit of daring to think and dare to do of the Women's Union of Hiep Duc district and its members in the movement of creative start-ups, self-reliance and career establishment.

Mr. Le Hung Anh also shared many good experiences in expanding the market, creating highlights and differences in each product; how to choose startup products, calling for investment as well as sustainable directions in starting a business, especially in a midland and mountainous locality like Hiep Duc.

Choosing products with unique characteristics, local products but with the ability to be replicated and universal is also the experience that Mr. Hung Anh shared to start a successful business. The opinions of female entrepreneurs were also answered frankly by Mr. Hung Anh in the spirit of sharing experiences to build an increasingly stronger Hiep Duc women's startup ecosystem.

Up to now, the Women's Union of Hiep Duc district is the first union in the province to organize a forum to share start-up experiences.
