Up to this point, La Gi town has basically completed the preparation work according to the plan; step by step making efforts to build a civilized tourism environment, meeting the increasing needs of sightseeing and worship of people and tourists. Thereby, contributing to improving the quality of destinations attracting tourists from near and far to La Gi.

As planned, this year's Festival will take place over 3 days, from October 28 to 30, 2023 (September 14 to 16 of the lunar calendar). At this time, at the Dinh Thay Thim relic site, where many activities within the framework of the festival program will take place, preparations have been carried out urgently from very early on, ensuring efficiency and on schedule.

The work of beautifying the relic site aims to ensure the environment is always green - clean - beautiful such as: planting new trees and pruning trees, cleaning and collecting garbage regularly in the main hall and outside the Palace area, cutting grass on both sides of the road from the gate to the main hall gate; repairing the stage area, decorating models, arranging flags has also been completed. Visual propaganda work has also been promoted; strengthening communication and promotion activities to let a large number of visitors from near and far know about the attractive activities within the framework of the festival program. At many points in the relic site, additional facilities and necessary equipment have been invested.

As expected, the festival will welcome thousands of visitors from all over the country. Therefore, the work of ensuring security, order and traffic safety is given special attention. The People's Committee of La Gi town has directed agencies, departments and branches to develop a plan to assign and arrange forces to be on duty 24/7; The traffic police force has proactively developed a plan to divert traffic from afar, to avoid traffic congestion on traffic routes in the town; at the same time, develop a plan to prevent fire and explosion and food safety... to ensure the safety of people and visitors coming to visit and worship before, during and after the festival.

Ms. Dang Thi Hong Lam - Vice Chairman of the Town People's Committee, Head of the Festival Organizing Committee said: The Town has directed Tan Tien Commune to regularly inspect, rectify, organize and arrange the food and beverage area at Tam Tan Branch, the Dinh Thay Thim relic area and the Tomb of Thay Thim; Directed specialized agencies to mobilize and bring beggars to the Provincial Social Protection Center; at the same time, regularly inspect and rectify promptly, ensuring that there are no situations where beggars, street vendors, lottery ticket sellers, etc. cling to and solicit tourists, causing insecurity and disorder inside and outside the Palace, the Tomb of Thay Thim area, Tam Tan Branch, Ong Bang slope, Dinh bus station, etc. In particular, the Organizing Committee has also prepared well the content of the festival opening as planned, ensuring that the opening ceremony takes place solemnly, sacredly and respectfully.

After a period of rushing to complete all preparations, up to this point, the Organizing Committee of the Dinh Thay Thim Cultural - Tourism Festival 2023 has prepared all conditions, ensuring that the ceremonial and festival activities are organized solemnly, worthy of the National Intangible Cultural Heritage, so that the typical values and special meanings of the Dinh Thay Thim Cultural - Tourism Festival are spread to visitors near and far.
