"High Quality Vietnamese Goods" products penetrate many demanding markets

On March 18, 2025, at the press conference announcing enterprises achieving High Quality Vietnamese Goods (HVNCLC) in 2025 organized by the HVNCLC Enterprises Association, the association's leaders said that in 2025, there were 562 enterprises achieving the HVNCLC 2025 certification mark, contributing nearly 170,000 billion VND to the budget, creating jobs for nearly 250,000 workers.

According to Ms. Vu Kim Hanh, Chairwoman of the Association of Vietnamese High-Quality Enterprises and Director of the BSA Center, this year the number of enterprises voted and trusted is 33 more than last year. Of these, 41 enterprises are on this list for the first time. More notably, 32 enterprises have remained on this list for the past 29 years.

In particular, in the group of newly voted enterprises for the first time (emerging), there are enterprises with breakthrough efforts in distribution activities with a fairly good increase in coverage in the domestic market. Most of them are typical enterprises with a minimum market in 2-3 regions. In particular, many enterprises that have achieved the award for the first time are also among the top typical export enterprises, penetrating many demanding markets such as the US, EU, Japan, etc.

Another highlight, according to Mr. Phuong, is that the group of newly selected enterprises are also pioneers in applying standards in production and business activities. The rate of enterprises applying standards for the first time is higher than the average of the HVNCLC enterprise community, such as ISO 22,000, HACCP standards, etc.

According to the survey results of the Association of High-Quality Enterprises, 562 enterprises certified with High-Quality Enterprises 2025 have contributed nearly 168 trillion VND to the budget, equivalent to about 8.4% of the total state budget revenue in 2024. Enterprises have contributed to creating jobs for 246,773 full-time workers and 10,135 part-time workers.

An interesting point in this year’s HVNCLC survey is that many provinces and cities (about 20 units) praised enterprises for implementing good legal policies on business, especially stable environmental policies. “This proves that enterprises are increasingly more serious about state regulations,” said Ms. Vu Kim Hanh.

The HVNCLC Announcement Ceremony with the theme “HVNCLC Enterprises – Journey of Sustainable Development” will officially take place at Thong Nhat Hall on March 25, 2025. The event marks the 29th anniversary of the prestigious title voted by consumers; not only a place to honor outstanding enterprises but also a forum for enterprises to connect, share and orient sustainable development strategies.
