On August 11, the Provincial Youth Union Standing Committee directed the Cam Pha City Youth Union to host the provincial-level launching program of the Peak Day of Volunteers for Civilized Urban Areas; supporting people to perform online public services, and handle administrative procedures associated with the 2023 Red Flamboyant Volunteer Campaign.
The peak day of Volunteer Soldiers for a civilized urban area and supporting people to perform online public services and handle administrative procedures was carried out with a series of practical and meaningful response activities such as: Organizing training conferences to improve digital capacity for young teachers, union members and youth; propagating the Law on Cyber Security in 2023; launching youth volunteer teams to support and guide people to perform online public services at levels 3 and 4; cleaning the environment and beautifying the urban landscape, etc.
Within the framework of the program, there was also a ceremony to attach a signboard to the city-level project "Youth mural"; launching the Security Camera Road project in Cam Thanh ward residential area; 4.0 market model - Cashless payment at Cam Pha city central market; groundbreaking ceremony of the Red Scarf house for Trieu Duy Anh's family (Cong Hoa commune, Cam Pha city).
The peak day of Volunteers for civilized urban areas and supporting people to perform online public services and handle administrative procedures is an activity within the 2023 Summer Youth Volunteer Campaign of Quang Ninh youth to promote the spirit of shock and volunteerism of union members, young people, and young teachers in participating in socio-economic development, solving issues of public concern; Volunteering to support people, union members, association members, and young people to perform online public services; participating in digital transformation, applying information technology applications in real life, work, study, improving digital capacity for children and adolescents; promoting the spirit of innovation and creativity of youth to carry out projects and tasks contributing to the successful completion of political and social tasks of localities and units.
