On the morning of June 17, Colonel Nguyen Hong Phong - Director of the Provincial Police Department inspected and encouraged officers and soldiers to complete the "sprint" of installing, activating and using electronic identification accounts for people at Loc Ha Town Police Station and Thach Kim Commune Police Station (Loc Ha District).

With the goal of accelerating the implementation of Project 06, ensuring completion according to the targets assigned by the Ministry of Public Security and the Provincial People's Committee, the Provincial Police have requested units, youth unions, and women's unions to continue to seriously implement the contents and tasks of Project 06, putting the content of activating electronic identification accounts into the key tasks that need to be directed for implementation.

At the same time, effectively implement the call for all people to register and use electronic identification accounts of the Provincial People's Committee Chairman.

Together with the police of units and localities, Loc Ha Town Police and Thach Kim Commune Police have flexibly, creatively and scientifically deployed propaganda combined with mobilization and data collection. The most common goal is to ensure that all eligible citizens residing, studying and working in the area are collected and activated for electronic identification accounts; striving to complete the collection and activation before June 20, 2023.

In addition to organizing the installation of electronic identification for citizens at headquarters and village cultural houses, the police of communes and towns in Loc Ha district also established working groups to go to people's homes to install it.

It is known that as of June 16, Ha Tinh Provincial Police have activated over 736,000 electronic identification accounts, reaching a rate of 85.74%.
