The National Assembly voted to pass the Law on Cultural Heritage (amended)

On November 23, continuing the program of the 8th Session of the 15th National Assembly , the National Assembly voted to pass a Resolution on the results of the thematic supervision of "Implementation of policies and laws on real estate market management and social housing development from 2015 to the end of 2023"; voted to pass the Law on Cultural Heritage (amended).

According to the meeting agenda, in the morning, the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on the draft Law on Management and Investment of State Capital in Enterprises. The Chairman of the National Assembly's Finance and Budget Committee presented the Report on the review of the draft Law on Management and Investment of State Capital in Enterprises. The Minister of Information and Communications, authorized by the Prime Minister, presented the Report on the draft Law on Digital Technology Industry. The Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment presented the Report on the review of the draft Law on Digital Technology Industry. Afterwards, the delegates discussed in groups: the draft Law on Management and Investment of State Capital in Enterprises; the draft Law on Digital Technology Industry. In the afternoon, the National Assembly voted to pass the Resolution on the results of thematic supervision of "Implementation of policies and laws on real estate market management and social housing development from 2015 to the end of 2023"; Vote to pass the Law on Cultural Heritage (amended).

After that, the National Assembly discussed in the hall the draft Law on Chemicals (amended). The Minister of Industry and Trade explained and clarified a number of issues raised by National Assembly deputies. Previously, on November 22, the National Assembly held a plenary session in the hall to listen to the following contents: Submission and Report on the examination of the draft Law on Corporate Income Tax (amended); Submission and Report on the examination of the draft Law on Special Consumption Tax (amended); then, the National Assembly discussed in groups: Draft Law on Corporate Income Tax (amended); Draft Law on Special Consumption Tax (amended). In the afternoon of the same day, the National Assembly held a plenary session in the hall to listen to the Submission and Report on the examination of the draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations; then, the National Assembly discussed in groups: Draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technical Standards and Regulations; Draft Law on amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Supervisory Activities of the National Assembly and People's Councils.
