(NLDO) - For violations of alcohol concentration; no driving license; silencer not meeting standards, a young man in Phu Yen was fined 32.5 million VND.
On the afternoon of January 4, Colonel Nguyen Trong Tham, Chief of Police of Song Hinh District, Phu Yen Province, said that the district had issued a decision to administratively fine Nay Y L. (born in 2007, residing in Chao village, Ea Ba commune, Song Hinh district) 32.5 million VND for the following violations: alcohol concentration violation; no driving license; silencer not meeting standards.

Previously, on the evening of January 3, during a patrol, Song Hinh District Police discovered Nay Y L. driving a motorbike without a license plate, continuously driving around the roads in Hai Rieng town (Song Hinh District) at high speed; revving the exhaust, causing disorder, so they conducted an inspection.
The inspection showed that this young man violated the alcohol concentration; did not have a driving license; the silencer did not meet standards, so an administrative violation report was made with a fine of 32.5 million VND.
Song Hinh District Police also said they will impose additional penalties on the owner of this motorbike for handing over the vehicle to an unqualified person.
