The Steering Committee has advised, directed and organized the serious and effective implementation of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's laws and the direction of the Central Steering Committee, creating positive changes in the awareness and actions of Party committees, Party organizations, cadres and Party members in the work of preventing and combating corruption and negativity.

Pay attention to directing the work of inspection, supervision, investigation and settlement of complaints, denunciations, recommendations and reflections on corruption and negativity. Focus on directing and handling complicated and prolonged corruption and negativity cases and incidents that are of public interest.

Recently, the Steering Committee and the Standing Committee of the Steering Committee have reviewed and decided to put 16 cases and incidents under monitoring and focused on handling. Up to now, 4 cases and incidents have been removed from monitoring and directing, and 12 cases and incidents are currently being monitored and directed.

Over the past year, the province has prosecuted 7 cases/30 defendants for corruption crimes, of which 25 defendants are cadres and party members. The number of newly prosecuted cases increased by 85% compared to the same period last year. The number of complicated cases and the number of cadres, party members, leaders and managers who violated the law were discovered and handled more, and prevention work was focused on and implemented better and more systematically.

Heads of Party committees, Party organizations and collective leaders of agencies, organizations, units and localities must always be exemplary, resolute, self-reflect, self-correct, match words with actions, proactively prevent, promptly detect and strictly handle acts of corruption and negativity.

Units, localities and functional sectors need to strengthen self-inspection and supervision to promptly correct violations from the beginning; focus on building a culture of integrity among cadres, party members, civil servants and public employees.

With the contents in Conclusion 29-KL/TU of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on tightening discipline and order and Regulation 69-QD/TW of the Politburo on disciplining organizations and party members who violate regulations, agencies and units must thoroughly grasp them in party cells and professional activities so that cadres and party members always voluntarily comply with and strictly implement the Party's regulations and the State's laws on preventing and combating corruption and negativity.

In inspecting, supervising and handling cases, we must pay close attention to the motives, context and social impact so that when concluding issues, we can ensure objectivity and absolutely avoid wrongful convictions, wrongful convictions and wrongful perception of the nature.
