Sending workers to work abroad under contracts is a major policy of the Party and State to contribute to job creation, income improvement, human resource quality improvement, labor restructuring, and promoting local socio-economic development.
On the morning of June 15, the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ca Mau province, the Provincial Youth Union, the Women's Union, the Farmers' Association and the Veterans' Association of Ca Mau province signed the implementation of the Project to send workers of Ca Mau province to work abroad under contracts for the period 2022-2025.

Mr. Nguyen Quoc Thanh, Director of the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, emphasized that the signing of this agreement aims to raise awareness among officials and members at all levels about the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State on labor export. From there, promote the role and responsibility of all levels and sectors from the province to the grassroots in propagating and mobilizing member families with children in need of jobs to access information from employers, reputable labor export enterprises and register to participate.

In addition, the units organize extensive information activities with appropriate and diverse forms on mass media about reputable labor export enterprises, good orders, high income, reasonable expenses, loan sources from banks, etc., as well as coordinate to organize consultation sessions and direct dialogues between labor export companies and enterprises with workers about the market, jobs, salary levels and laws of the destination country, in order to spread to all workers in the area who need to grasp and register to participate in labor export./.
