Deputy Prime Minister Tran Luu Quang said that in 2023, Vietnam achieved many milestones, especially on the diplomatic front. Regarding diplomatic work, Vietnam has diplomatic relations and signed agreements with many countries. In particular, President Vo Van Thuong visited the Vatican to meet the head of the Holy See. The two sides also discussed many key issues. The President also sent an invitation to the Pope to visit Vietnam as soon as possible.
