Comrade Le Chi Thao, Vice Chairman of Tieu Can District People's Committee, requested that the Company's leaders closely contact the locality to promptly resolve difficulties.

At the meeting, on behalf of the Company, Ms. Tran Thi Huong, Deputy General Director of the Company, took responsibility and expressed regret for the unexpected incident that occurred at the Company on January 25, causing more than 400 workers of Gia Dinh Shoe Company Limited - Tra Vinh Branch to be upset and stop working on the last day of the year. The reason was that the Company's Board of Directors had not fulfilled its commitment to pay bonuses and advance salaries to workers during the Lunar New Year 2025.

Ms. Tran Thi Huong, Deputy General Director of the Company, pledged to focus on overcoming limitations, fully implementing regulations and benefits for workers within a specific time frame... to make the Company operate more and more effectively. At the same time, Ms. Tran Thi Huong also informed the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, provincial departments and branches about the orientation of expansion and attracting workers in the coming time.

Comrade Nguyen Hoang De, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment reported to the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee on the legality of the Company's establishment process.

At the meeting, leaders of provincial departments and branches focused on analyzing, evaluating and pointing out the limitations of the Company in the past time. At the same time, they proposed solutions and directions to overcome and overcome them in the coming time.

Concluding the meeting, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Chau Van Hoa highly appreciated and acknowledged the receptiveness of the Company's leaders. The inspection focuses on the following areas: labor contracts with employees; policies and regimes for workers according to regulations; labor safety and hygiene; fire prevention and fighting; social insurance and health insurance benefits for employees; trade union activities...
