Deputy Chief of the Central Party Office appointed Secretary of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee

On the afternoon of November 13, at the headquarters of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Commission Le Minh Hung chaired a conference to announce the Politburo's decision on personnel work.

According to the decision of the Politburo, Mr. Dang Khanh Toan, Deputy Chief of the Party Central Office, ceased to hold this position and was assigned by the Politburo to join the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, and hold the position of Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

Mr. Toan holds the position of Secretary of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee, replacing his predecessor, Mr. Pham Gia Tuc, who was recently transferred and appointed by the Politburo as Deputy Chief of the Central Party Office.

Mr. Dang Khanh Toan was also appointed by the Politburo to join the Party Committee of Military Region 3, term 2020-2025.

Speaking after presenting the Politburo's decision to Mr. Dang Khanh Toan, Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung congratulated Mr. Dang Khanh Toan on being assigned by the Politburo to be the Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee.

Mr. Le Minh Hung said that the Politburo assessed Mr. Dang Khanh Toan as a cadre with basic training, working and growing through many different positions in the Government Inspectorate and the Central Party Office. He is a cadre with capacity, experience, scientific thinking and working methods, democracy and determination.

The Politburo believes and hopes that Mr. Dang Khanh Toan will promote his experience working in the Central Government and excellently complete the assigned tasks.

At the same time, it is recommended that the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee, all levels and sectors in the province continue to promote the spirit of solidarity, unity, sharing, support and assistance to Mr. Dang Khanh Toan in his position as Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, to focus on leading and directing the successful implementation of the resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the resolution of the 20th Nam Dinh Provincial Party Congress, bringing Nam Dinh to even stronger development.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Dang Khanh Toan expressed his honor at being assigned by the Politburo to be the Secretary of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee; recognizing this as "a great honor and at the same time a heavy responsibility".

Mr. Dang Khanh Toan said that he will continue to make efforts and strive, together with the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee of the Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee, and the political system in the province to focus on leading and directing the successful implementation of the Resolution of the Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term; continue to resolutely, synchronously, and effectively implement solutions for the province's socio-economic development.

Mr. Dang Khanh Toan was born in 1971; hometown in Hai Duong province, graduated with a bachelor's degree in politics, a bachelor's degree in foreign languages, and a master's degree in economics.

Mr. Dang Khanh Toan grew up in the inspection sector. Before becoming Deputy Chief of the Central Party Office, Mr. Dang Khanh Toan was Director of the Department of Supervision, Appraisal and Post-Inspection Handling, under the Government Inspectorate.

With the above decision, the leadership of Nam Dinh Provincial Party Committee currently includes Secretary Dang Khanh Toan, two Deputy Secretaries Le Quoc Chinh (Chairman of the People's Council), and Pham Dinh Nghi (Chairman of the People's Committee).
