She stated that the Subcommittee serving the 14th National Party Congress was established according to the decision of the 13th Central Executive Committee.
The Subcommittee is responsible for preparing content and work to serve the 14th National Congress of the Party.
The service subcommittee has a very large and specific workload. Accordingly, there are 3 general tasks and powers, which will be specified into more than 100 tasks assigned to agencies, units and subcommittee members.
Ms. Mai emphasized that the workload will continue to increase and requested that, based on the above drafts, each member continue to supplement and provide written comments to the standing subcommittee for synthesis and completion.

Standing member of the Secretariat Truong Thi Mai also pointed out that the members of the subcommittee are people with a lot of experience in serving the congress through the terms.
However, in the new context, with new requirements and tasks with many changes and fluctuations, it is necessary to be proactive in all situations, including taking into account urgent situations in food security and safety work to have scenarios and backup plans.
"Up to now, the five sub-committees of the 14th National Party Congress have come into operation. Therefore, the activities of the Service Sub-committee cannot be separated from the activities of other sub-committees of the congress.
There will be many related tasks that require unified direction among the sub-committees," the Standing Secretariat suggested.
The Standing Secretariat noted that events taking place before, during and after the congress must be reasonable, harmonious, create depth and aim to create consensus among the people.
At the same time, it has a spreading power, is a profound political activity, creating an exciting spirit and atmosphere to encourage the entire Party and people to be determined to successfully complete the goals and tasks set out each year.
Along with that, promote the highest completion of goals and targets of resolutions of party congresses at all levels and the 13th National Party Congress.
She asked the subcommittee members to promote their spirit, responsibility as well as experiences from previous terms to successfully complete the subcommittee's tasks.
Each member of the subcommittee proactively develops a detailed plan linked to the plans of each agency, unit and coordination program to successfully complete the overall tasks of the subcommittee.
