Dong Nai Province assigned the Dong Nai Traffic Construction Investment Project Management Board to inspect and supervise the collection of road use service fees by the investor of the Project to build a road connecting to Phuoc An Port, and report to the province in accordance with regulations.

Nhon Trach District is responsible for maintaining and ensuring security and order at the toll station. Phuoc An BOT Limited Liability Company must publicly announce and post information about the price, the subjects paying for road use services, and the subjects exempted from road use services at the ticket sales location and toll station according to the provisions of law.

The 6km-long road project connecting to Phuoc An port, with a total investment of more than 1,000 billion VND, started construction in 2022 and is expected to be put into operation in 2025.

In addition to its role as a direct connection to Phuoc An Port, this route also connects with Road 319 (Nhon Trach District) to form a traffic axis connecting with the two expressways Ben Luc-Long Thanh and Ho Chi Minh City-Long Thanh-Dau Giay, while reducing the load on National Highway 51.

Phuoc An Port covers an area of over 180 hectares, located on Thi Vai River. This is the largest seaport in Dong Nai with a total wharf length of 3,050m, including 6 container wharfs and 4 general wharfs capable of receiving ships with a capacity of 60,000 DWT.

Phuoc An Port is expected to be put into operation by the end of this year.
