According to the Decision, the land plot marked CQ.03 in the Detailed Planning of Thuong Tin Town Center, scale 1/500, belongs to the administrative boundaries of Van Binh commune and Van Phu commune, Thuong Tin district, the Northwest borders the traffic road, the Southwest borders the land planned to build the headquarters of Thuong Tin District People's Court, the Southeast borders the land planned to build the headquarters of Thuong Tin District People's Procuracy, the Northeast borders the land planned to build the headquarters of other agencies. The total research land area is about 2,516.5m2.
The adjustment objective is to concretize the Planning for the construction of the system of working headquarters of judicial agencies in Hanoi until 2030 and vision to 2050, the General Planning of Thuong Tin town, scale 1/2000, the Detailed Planning of Thuong Tin town center, scale 1/500 and the investment policy approved by the Ministry of Justice, ensuring compliance with regulations on standards, norms of working headquarters, construction scale and requirements for the design plan for the construction of working headquarters and evidence warehouses for local civil enforcement agencies of the Government and the Ministry of Justice; as a basis for implementing the next procedures of the investment project and as a basis for authorities at all levels to carry out construction investment management according to regulations.
Accordingly, the indicators in the planning block are adjusted down, specifically: construction density is about 32.7%; building height is 1 - 3 floors; land use coefficient is about 0.45 times; the area for parking needs is adjusted down in accordance with the adjustment of the project scale (arranging about 127m² to meet parking needs in accordance with the construction floor area after adjustment).
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Architecture to confirm the documents and drawings of the Local Adjustment of the Detailed Planning of Thuong Tin Town Center, Thuong Tin District, scale 1/500 at the planning block with symbol CQ.03, ensuring compliance with the content of the Approval Decision of the City People's Committee; to archive the planning project documents according to regulations.
Thuong Tin District People's Committee presides over and coordinates with the City Civil Judgment Enforcement Department and relevant agencies and units to publicly announce the approved local planning adjustment project so that relevant organizations, agencies and the People can know.
