Promoting the role of "bridge" between the Party, government and people

After more than 4 years of implementing the merger, the Center for Culture, Information, Sports and Tourism (VH,TT,TT&DL) of Ba Thuoc district has gradually overcome difficulties, innovated leadership and management methods, been proactive and creative in professional work, especially focusing on innovating and improving the effectiveness of propaganda work, aiming to convey the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, serving the information reception needs of the people in the area.

The 2024 "Beauty in National Costumes of Ba Thuoc District" contest in the 2024 Muong Kho Festival program is organized by the Center for Culture, Information, Sports and Tourism of Ba Thuoc District.

Immediately after starting operations under the new model, the Board of Directors of the District Center for Culture, Sports, Sports and Tourism quickly caught up, maintained the operating routine and clearly defined the functions, tasks, advantages and difficulties of the unit. On that basis, the center proactively proposed appropriate solutions to effectively perform the assigned tasks. The focus is on leading and directing the staff and civil servants in charge of propaganda work to always actively research and exploit topics, build columns, and ensure the quality of the content of radio and television news programs. Thereby, promoting the propaganda of the Party's guidelines, policies and laws of the State; policies and resolutions of Thanh Hoa province and Ba Thuoc district on socio-economic development, national defense and security, Party building and the political system; major holidays and political events of the homeland and the country to the people on the radio.

From the beginning of 2024 to now, the Center for Culture, Sports, Sports and Tourism of Ba Thuoc district has done a good job of propagating political events and major holidays of the homeland and the country. These include propagating the Muong Kho Festival 2024 and receiving the National Intangible Cultural Heritage; the military handover ceremony in 2024; commemorating the 70th anniversary of Dien Bien Phu Victory; 49 years of the liberation of the South and national reunification; commemorating the 134th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday; 75 years of the establishment of the Ba Thuoc district Party Committee (May 18, 1949 - May 18, 2024); the District Fatherland Front Congress; the "Emulation to Win" Congress of the Ba Thuoc district armed forces in 2024; the 4th Congress of ethnic minorities in Ba Thuoc district and production activities at the beginning of the year; ensuring traffic safety and social order and safety; forest fire prevention; environmental protection; food safety... Along with that, the District Center for Culture, Sports, Tourism and Tourism also participated in the 20th Ethnic Culture Festival and performed traditional costumes of Thanh Hoa province in 2024, with the theme "Spring in Thanh's homeland"; Folk art festival "Highland market of ethnic minorities in 11 mountainous districts of Thanh Hoa province. At the same time, well organize information, visual and mobile propaganda work; guide communes, promote physical education, sports, cultural and artistic movements; well carry out tourism activities and preserve historical and cultural relics in the area; maintain the operation of libraries at all levels, regularly open reading rooms, newspapers in villages, hamlets and schools.

Mr. Ha The Anh, reporter of the Center for Culture, Sports, Tourism and Information of Ba Thuoc district, shared about the professional work: Since the merger, the center has gradually innovated and improved the quality of propaganda work on radio programs, in order to promptly convey current political, economic, cultural, national defense and security issues of the country, the province and the locality to all classes of people. At the same time, it reflects the patriotic emulation movement, advanced models, good people, good deeds, contributing to encouraging and motivating cadres, party members and people to successfully carry out local political tasks. In the first 8 months of 2024, the center has organized the production of 76 radio programs with 501 news and articles of all kinds. The work of recording, rebroadcasting and relaying radio programs of the Voice of Vietnam, Thanh Hoa Radio and Television and programs produced by the center reached 3,016 hours.

Mr. Phan Tuan Anh, Director of the Center for Culture, Sports, Tourism and Tourism of Ba Thuoc district, said: "In order to serve the people's need for information, in the past time, the center has installed over 100 loudspeaker clusters for villages, hamlets and neighborhoods. In addition, the center has also promoted information and visual propaganda work. From the beginning of 2024 to now, the center has deployed the installation of 21 visual propaganda clusters in 21 communes and towns; 600m2 of billboards and posters in 6 propaganda clusters of the district; 30 propaganda banners; 160 red flags; 40 flags of Muong Kho Festival and major holidays in the center of Ba Thuoc district. In the coming time, the center will continue to focus on doing a good job of propaganda work, especially conveying the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws; improving the quality of cultural, artistic, physical education and sports activities. sports; install radio broadcasting systems to residential areas; increase radio capacity and frequency to meet the information access needs of the people in the district".
