Promote the role of an effective advisory body of the Provincial Party Committee

On December 28, the Provincial Party Committee Office held a conference for cadres, civil servants, and employees to summarize professional work in 2024; and give opinions on key directions and tasks in 2025. In 2024, with the attention and direction of the Provincial Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Office has been united, made efforts, been proactive, creative, promoted spirit and responsibility, overcome difficulties and challenges, completed a large volume of work, achieved high quality, and increasingly better met the leadership and direction requirements of the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Executive Committee.

Comrade Vu Dai Thang, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, gave a speech directing the conference.

Notably, he promptly advised on the development, amendment and supplementation of 7 internal regulations, rules and regulations of the Provincial Party Committee; presided over the drafting and coordinated the consultation and completion of nearly 600 resolutions, directives, programs, regulations, plans, reports and announcements of the province, including many important documents, promptly directed key and comprehensive issues in all aspects of work. Advised on the appraisal of major and important plans, projects and proposals for the socio-economic development of the province, especially socio-economic plans and proposals, planning policies; promptly prepared reports and provided documents to serve the Central Inspection and Supervision Delegations. Advised on the establishment of the Editorial Team and the Editorial Team's support unit and the working regulations of the Editorial Team of the 16th Provincial Party Congress Documents, submitted to the Provincial Party Executive Committee for approval of the detailed outline of the Political Report of the 16th Provincial Party Congress. Proactively advise on damage prevention, control, and recovery, quickly bring activities back to normal, promptly remove obstacles, and support people and businesses to stabilize their lives and restore production and business after storm No. 3 (Yagi).

Over the past year, the Provincial Party Committee Office has strictly managed and ensured financial and property regulations of the Party; ensured network information security and safety, and protected confidentiality; attentively and promptly served the conferences and working sessions of the Provincial Party Committee; promptly completed the functions, tasks, and organizational structure of the departments under the Provincial Party Committee Office to be streamlined, operate effectively and efficiently; completed the key leadership positions of the agency, improved leadership and direction capacity; resolutely rearranged and reassigned a number of job positions, improved the quality of the staff, and the capacity to advise on tasks, meeting work requirements.

Speaking at the conference, Comrade Vu Dai Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, highly appreciated and commended the staff and civil servants of the Provincial Party Committee Office in 2024 for their efforts to overcome difficulties and challenges, unite and complete a large amount of work. Thereby, actively contributing to the results of implementing the province's political tasks.

Regarding the tasks for 2025, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that 2025 will have many important political events, the year of organizing Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Party Congress, the tasks set for the Provincial Party Committee Office are extremely heavy, requiring greater efforts and striving to create positive and clear changes in advisory and service work, contributing to helping the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, and the Provincial Party Committee Executive Committee lead and direct the successful completion of the set goals and tasks.

The Chief of the Provincial Party Committee Office awarded Certificates of Merit from the Provincial People's Committee to collectives with outstanding achievements.

Focus, must closely follow Resolution No. 31-NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Committee on the direction and tasks of work in 2025 and the theme of work in 2025 "Breakthrough in economic development, creating momentum for the new term" to continue advising and serving the Standing Committee, the Standing Committee, the Provincial Party Committee to lead, direct and operate the successful implementation of the tasks and goals set out by the Resolution of the 15th Provincial Party Congress, towards the Party Congresses at all levels and the 16th Quang Ninh Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. Actively and proactively advise and direct the preparation and organization of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025 - 2030 term, the 16th Provincial Party Congress towards the 14th National Party Congress in all stages, especially the preparation of documents and conditions for the Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term. Advise the province to deploy Effectively deploy the arrangement of new organizational models and apparatus according to the direction and guidance of the Central Steering Committee and the Provincial Steering Committee on the implementation of Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017.
