In 2023, the Provincial Party Committee Office and the offices of the district Party Committees, city Party Committees, and Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee always unite, strive, overcome many difficulties and challenges, complete a large volume of work, achieve high quality, increasingly better meet the leadership and direction requirements of the Provincial Party Committee and the standing committees of the district Party Committees, city Party Committees, and Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee. Effectively advise and serve to help the Party Committees well implement the working regulations, work programs and arising tasks, promptly concretize and lead and direct the implementation of resolutions, conclusions, directives, and new regulations of the Central Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committee. While ensuring the comprehensive leadership of the Party Committees, they also focus on key and key contents, directing the resolution of many bottlenecks in attracting investment, implementing key projects and works, creating conditions for enterprises to invest and develop production and business. Thereby, it has actively contributed to the Party Committee and people of the whole province to successfully carry out the political tasks in 2023. Besides, the working relationship between the Provincial Party Committee Office and the district Party Committee offices, city Party Committees, and Party Committees directly under the Provincial Party Committee is increasingly close and effective, recognized and well appreciated by the Party Committee.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council acknowledged and highly appreciated the results of the Party Committee's office work achieved in 2023. Regarding the key tasks in 2024, he emphasized the need to continue to thoroughly grasp and raise awareness of the role and importance of the Party Committee's office work for the leadership, direction and operation results of the Party Committee, thereby determining the responsibilities of cadres, civil servants and employees in performing political tasks. Advise on reviewing, adjusting and developing monthly, quarterly, 6-month and annual programs and action plans of the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and Standing Committee; especially reviewing the working regulations of the Executive Committee to advise on amendments in accordance with the actual situation and each period. Improve the quality of advisory work, proactively study and grasp the Party's policies, resolutions and directives and the State's legal documents. Closely monitor and urge the implementation of tasks, policies, conclusions, and official dispatches of the Standing Committee, Standing Committee, and Executive Committee. Improve the quality of Party Committee office staff, ensure absolute loyalty, solidarity, creativity, dedication, thoughtfulness, and adherence to principles; always determine to do all the work, not all the hours; handle arising tasks well and promptly. Continue to improve the quality of management, administration, reception, archiving, and service. Regularly train and coach Party Committee office staff. Strengthen the relationship of regular coordination in implementing and organizing the implementation of advisory and service tasks for the Party Committee to exchange, grasp information, and unify implementation methods between the Party Committee office and relevant agencies and organizations, between Party Committee offices, and between departments and individual civil servants in each Party Committee office.

In addition, the leaders of the Provincial Party Committee Office awarded certificates of merit to 8 district and city Party Committee offices with outstanding achievements in performing the tasks of Party Committee offices in 2023.
