Compassion, love, and mutual support have become a fine cultural tradition, preserved, passed down, and nurtured by generations of Vietnamese people from generation to generation, becoming a great endogenous strength for our country to overcome natural disasters and catastrophes, especially the recent Covid-19 pandemic.

On behalf of the leaders of the Party, State and Vietnam Fatherland Front, Chairman Do Van Chien respectfully acknowledged, commended and expressed gratitude to domestic and international organizations, collectives, enterprises, businessmen and individuals who have paid attention to and accompanied the Vietnam Red Cross Society, contributing funds, material and spiritual resources to help the Vietnam Red Cross Society fulfill its noble mission.

The "Humanitarian Power 2023" program is an annual event organized by the Central Committee of the Vietnam Red Cross Society to review the good traditions, record the noble humanitarian mission and express gratitude for contributions to humanitarian activities and the Vietnam Red Cross movement. It is also an opportunity for the Vietnam Red Cross Society to officially launch a 77-day campaign to mobilize 1.2 million Tet gifts for the disadvantaged with a total value of Tet Charity 2024 activities in the entire system reaching 700 billion VND.
