To enhance and promote other production and business activities at the unit, the Company has deployed the provision of 11 types of electricity services: Supervision consulting; Design consulting; Installation and repair services of wires after the meter; Management of operating and renting power grids for customers; Electrical testing and repair; Acceptance; Training; Cable termination; Construction (repairing customer assets, Hotline) and other services.
The types of electricity services put into operation play a very important role in business and customer service, contributing to improving the quality of customer service, and making the services provided by the Northern Power Corporation and Ninh Binh Power Company transparent.
With the target of revenue reaching over 24 billion VND in production and business of other types of services, Ninh Binh Power Company (PC Ninh Binh) has proactively followed the activities of enterprises and infrastructure construction activities related to electricity supply in districts and cities in the province, with the direction of the Northern Power Corporation to develop plans and synchronously and effectively deploy solutions on electricity services to serve customers better and better, creating cohesion and consensus among customers when using electricity services provided by the electricity industry.
According to statistics, by mid-August 2023, PC Ninh Binh had generated revenue from 11 types of services with revenue reaching 64.05% of the plan assigned by the Northern Power Corporation, of which the two services that customers are most interested in are hotline electricity repair service and hiring grid management and operation for customers.
In particular, the hotline electrical repair service is the connection, repair, and cleaning of live power lines without having to cut off the power. This service is highly appreciated and frequently applied by customers because it does not interrupt the production and living process. This is not only a step forward in applying modern technology to ensure power supply but also clearly demonstrates the commitment to continuously improve the quality of customer service that Ninh Binh Electricity Company has been implementing.
Mr. Nguyen Minh Quyet, Director of VEDANA Cuc Phuong Hot Spring Co., Ltd. said: "Recently, Ninh Binh electricity industry has made many improvements, simple electricity supply procedures, stable electricity quality, helping our business stabilize production. Especially since applying hotline technology, when electricity needs to be repaired, electricity is still continuously supplied, our production activities are not affected, production and business plans in the past have all met and exceeded targets".
For the service of "Hiring operation management" of electrical works for customers. When performing this service, the customer's electrical works are monitored, managed, and records are managed according to regulations. When an incident occurs, the Electricity Company will coordinate with the customer to resolve it as quickly as possible, minimizing power outage time and production losses due to power outages. At the same time, it helps the electricity industry improve the quality of operation management and reliability of power supply by limiting the risk of incidents from customer assets.
Noting that Nho Quan Power Company is one of the three units of the Company that performs well in the management and operation leasing service, Mr. Le Minh Cong, Deputy Director of Nho Quan Power Company shared: "The electrical works of customers who have signed a management and operation leasing contract are periodically inspected by the unit in accordance with regulations, promptly detecting and handling existing problems and defects, thus avoiding subjective incidents that cause damage to customers' assets as well as affecting the overall reliability of power supply".
In the coming time, PC Ninh Binh will continue to coordinate with local agencies and media units to promote, search, approach and provide service consultation to customers who need to use electricity services. At the same time, continue to maintain and strengthen the customer care organization model, improve the quality and efficiency of electricity services to aim for customer satisfaction.
