The Secretariat appointed Mr. Nguyen Quang Duc, member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, Head of the Hanoi City Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission, to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission.

At the Conference, Deputy Head of the Central Organizing Committee Do Trong Hung announced the Decision on transfer and appointment to the position of Deputy Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Committee.
The Secretariat decided that Mr. Nguyen Quang Duc, member of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee, Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission, ceased to participate in the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term; transferred and appointed him to the position of Deputy Head of the Central Commission for Mass Mobilization.
Congratulating Mr. Nguyen Quang Duc on being trusted, mobilized and appointed by the Secretariat to hold the position of Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization Mai Van Chinh said that Mr. Nguyen Quang Duc is a cadre with basic training, matured from the locality and grassroots; trained and tested through many different positions, has qualities, capacity and practical experience.

With more than 30 years of work, he has always strived with a high sense of responsibility, dedication to work, performed well the role of leader of the Party Committee and government, and completed well and excellently the assigned tasks.
The Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization expressed his belief that the new Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization will quickly approach the work, and together with the collective leadership of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, departments and units, continue to excellently complete the assigned tasks.
Emphasizing a number of key tasks from now until the 14th National Party Congress, the Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization stated that as the advisory body of the Central Executive Committee, directly the Politburo and the Secretariat on guidelines, policies, and major solutions on mass mobilization, ethnic and religious affairs, the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization is actively implementing important projects assigned by the Politburo and the Secretariat, and preparing a plan to solicit public opinions on the draft documents to be submitted to the 14th National Party Congress.
Therefore, the addition of leaders and cadres with good qualities, ethics, qualifications, capacity, dynamism, creativity and much practical experience, matured from the grassroots will contribute to immediately meeting the increasingly demanding work tasks.
The Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization requested the Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, together with the leadership of the Committee, departments, units, and all cadres, civil servants, and employees in the Committee to continue promoting the achieved results, join hands and promote the tradition of solidarity and unity, constantly improve the quality of strategic advice, professionalism, and work efficiency, and excellently complete the tasks assigned by the Politburo and the Secretariat.

Speaking at the ceremony to accept the assignment, the new Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization Nguyen Quang Duc respectfully thanked the leaders of the Party, State, Politburo, Secretariat, Central Organizing Committee, Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, ministries, departments, branches at the central and local levels, Hanoi Party Committee... for their trust and confidence; emphasizing that it is an honor and important responsibility to be assigned and appointed to the strategic advisory body of the Central Party, directly and regularly of the Politburo and Secretariat for mass mobilization work.

Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization Nguyen Quang Duc affirmed that he will continue to strive, make efforts to study and practice, quickly approach work, unite, and work with the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization to successfully complete assigned tasks.

Mr. Nguyen Quang Duc was born in 1971 in Hanoi; professional qualifications: Bachelor of Law; political theory: Senior.
Mr. Nguyen Quang Duc joined the Executive Committee of the Hoai Duc District Party Committee in 2003, holding the positions of Vice Chairman, Chairman of the District People's Committee, Secretary of the Hoai Duc District Party Committee for the 2015-2020 and 2020-2025 terms; Member of the Executive Committee of the Hanoi City Party Committee for the 2015-2020 term, delegate of the Hanoi City People's Council for the 2016-2021 and 2021-2026 terms.
From 2020 until being transferred and appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Central Committee for Mass Mobilization, Mr. Nguyen Quang Duc was a member of the Standing Committee and Head of the Hanoi Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee./.
